Singtel first in Singapore to offer direct carrier billing for Windows Phone Store purchases
Singapore 6 March 2014 – Singtel Windows Phone users can now enjoy the one-stop convenience of charging their Windows Phone Store purchases directly to their monthly postpaid mobile bill.
Singtel is the first mobile operator in Singapore to offer this payment option, which allows customers to make secure purchases of Windows Phone apps and in-app content without the need for a credit card. All transactions are consolidated into a single bill for simplicity and easy management.
