Singtel launches first online store for SMEs in Singapore

Singapore, 6 April 2009 – Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) today announced it has launched Singapore’s first online store business.singtelshop.com for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), named the Business SingtelShop.
 
For the first time, SMEs in Singapore can browse and purchase mobile services and devices, online 24x7. The products and solutions on offer will soon be expanded to include broadband Internet services, mobile applications and a range of business solutions.
 
The online store is equipped with a user-friendly search tool that enables customers to browse products and solutions based on price, brand, design and features. There is also a powerful ‘drag and drop’ feature that allows customers to compare mobile handsets at a glance. This helps users make more informed buying decisions.
 
SMEs can also enjoy the best Singtel deals via the online store. These include special offers that are not available at Singtel’s sales outlets. Payment is via credit card and delivery of mobile devices is within three working days at no charge. Customers can also re-contract their mobile plans online.
