Singapore, 10 March 2009 – Singapore Telecommunications Limited (Singtel) is offering greater savings for postpaid mobile and broadband customers to help them in today’s challenging economic conditions.
SingNet Broadband customers enjoy $240 in bill rebates
All Singtel customers will enjoy a $10 bill rebate every month for 24 months when signing up (or recontracting) a SingNet Broadband 3Mbps plan and above1.

Mr Wong Soon Nam, Singtel’s Vice President of Consumer Marketing, said: “We understand that consumers are looking for even greater value and savings especially in such times. SingNet Broadband plans’ monthly rebate will certainly assist them to stretch their dollar further while giving them a superior Internet experience.

SuperSIM postpaid mobile plans without contract
SuperSIM plans are the first postpaid mobile plans without contract in Singapore. Customers will not need to sign up for any contract, providing them with greater flexibility to buy or upgrade to new mobile phones anytime.
The plans3 are targeted at cost-conscious customers who prefer to receive more value in talktime and SMSes from their mobile plans. They will also have the option to buy or upgrade their existing handset anytime. Customers can enjoy double talktime of up to 4,000 minutes and 4,000 SMS:

1 Promotion for SingNet Broadband offers is valid until 17 April 2009. Not applicable to SingNet Broadband plans bundled with premiums, mio Plan, mio Home, Corporate Individual Schemes and Student plans.
2 The 10 Mbps plan is bundled with a wireless modem which gives users high-speed convenient access to the Internet from home. The 3 Mbps and 8 Mbps plans are bundled with an Ethernet modem and customers just need to top up $4 per month for a wireless modem.
3 SuperSIM is a 3G price plan, applicable for new and existing 3G customers whose last handset upgrades were at least 21 months ago. Customers need to use the plan for a minimum of one month. Double Talktime is applicable to all i-plans except iOne SuperValue. The additional talktime and SMS will end upon equipment upgrade.
