Tenderers are invited for the following tender:
SUPPLY
RFI : Pre-Qualification For Main Contract Works For New Telecommunication Exchange Project
ELIGIBILITY
All BCA Registered Contractors:
1. Provide BCA (Building and Construction Authority) licenses as per below requirement.
a. CW01 – A2 (General Building – Tenderer should be the Company who owns the license)
b. M&E Sub-Contractor shall have minimum:
ME01 – L6 (Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration & Ventilation Works)
ME05 – L6 (Electrical Engineering)
ME06 – L3 (Fire Prevention and Protection Systems)
ME09 – L6 (Lift and Escalator Installation and Maintenance)
Tenderer shall provide information or document to support qualification to the above criteria. Failure to provide such information will insinuate that the tenderer cannot fulfil the entrance criteria.
2. The tenderer shall have at least 1 job experience locally and/or overseas for telecommunication exchange and/or data centre with minimum contract sum of SGD$50,000,000.00 in the last 5 years.
3. Acquired quality assurance and BizSAFE certifications as well as established safety policy.
