Long Term Rating
The above ratings on Singtel and Optus (with their related entities and affiliates collectively, the Singtel Group) have been issued by Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or S&P Global Ratings, a division of S&P Global Ratings, Inc., as applicable (each, a Rating Agency and together, the Rating Agencies). A rating is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold notes issued on a standalone basis as described above or notes issued under the SGT EMTN Programme, the Optus EMTN Programme or the Optus AMTN Programme. Ratings are subject to suspension, revision or withdrawal at any time by the Rating Agencies. The Rating Agencies may also revise or replace entirely the methodology applied to derive the ratings. Moreover, no assurances can be given that a credit rating will remain for any given period of time or that a credit rating will not be lowered or withdrawn entirely by the relevant Rating Agency if in its judgment circumstances in the future so warrant or if a different methodology is applied to assign such credit ratings. Neither the Issuer nor the Singtel Group has any obligation to inform noteholders or update this website in respect of any such revision, downgrade or withdrawal of credit ratings. A rating opinion shall not be deemed as rendering advice on business operations. The Rating Agencies undertake no duty of due diligence or independent verification, and they do not guarantee the accuracy and completeness, of any information submitted to them and relied on in connection with their rating.
