Important Supplier Announcement!

We are excited to share that Singtel is embarking on a digital transformation journey to elevate how we collaborate with our valued suppliers. AcuBuy is our new, integrated procurement platform designed to digitise and streamline procurement processes across the Singtel Group.

AcuBuy will be delivered in the following phases:

Phase 1 (implemented in April 2024):

• Full access to a comprehensive supplier portal at no extra cost
• Greater visibility of sourcing events and procurement activities
• Improved collaboration with Singtel Group procurement team
• Self-service capabilities to update company profile (e.g email address, banking details)

Phase 2 (ready by July 2025):

• View purchase orders (PO) and goods receipts (GRS)
• Submit invoices, credit notes and track payment status
