Tenderers are invited for the following tender:

PRQ001060 : NQSN Project Data Hall Fit Out
ELIGIBILITY
All BCA Registered Contractors:
Group 1 – Main contractor must meet either 1 criteria below
1. BCA/ME05 (Electrical System) – L2 and above or
2. EPU/ECS/10 - Electrical Components – S5 and above
Group 2 – Either Main contractor or sub- contractor to meet at least 1 criteria below
1. BCA/CW01 (General Building) – C2 and above and/or
2. BCA/CR06 (Interior Decoration and Finishing Works) – L2 and above and/or
3. BCA/ME01 (ACMV) – L2 and above and/or
4. BCA/ME06 (Fire Protection) – L2 and above
Main contractor shall declare the sub-contractor(s) they are partnering with, and the scope of work outsourced. The sub-contractor(s) (if any) is subject to Singtel’s written approval and this will form part of our evaluation criteria.
All Government Supplier Registration (GSR) Registered Contractors (formerly known as EPPU Registration):

TENDER BRIEFING NOTE
Please note that only tenderers who have accepted the prerequisites in the Ariba event before 22 Apr 2024, 1500hrs and submitted name list (Name List) for access clearance will be invited for tender briefing / site show around scheduled on 25 April 2024, 0930hrs at Hougang Exchange, follow by Ang Mo Kio Exchange and Bukit Panjang Exchange.
