3. Your company has been using Singtel Data Centre Services. How has the solution helped your business?

As a medical and hospitality provider, we manage large volumes of patient records, hence we need a reliable and secure platform to house all these confidential data. We also need to ensure that the medical records can be easily retrieved. To build our own infrastructure to host such data will incur huge capital investments. It will also incur high operating costs as we will need to hire IT experts to maintain the system.

By outsourcing the hosting service to Singtel, we can enjoy round-the-clock monitoring and technical support from their experts. It frees up the budget which allows us to place more resources on building our core business. Singtel’s data centre is well equipped with world-class facilities that can handle our hosting needs. It’s 24/7 security features also puts us at ease, knowing that the records are placed on a secured platform. Ultimately it is about having peace of mind by outsourcing the service to the right partner.
