Please note that Global SMS are not part of the free monthly SMS that Singtel Mobile customers enjoy.

Can anyone deposit messages in my VoiceMail box when I am roaming?
No. Once you log onto the overseas operator's network, your Call Forwarding service will be disabled and no messages can be deposited unless unconditional call forwarding has been set.
Can I retrieve my VoiceMail when I am roaming?
Yes, you can retrieve any messages deposited before you logged onto the overseas operator's network. Just dial *121*65 96301389# or *121*651389# and wait for the system to call you back. Please note that you must pre-activate the VoiceMail function before leaving Singapore. GlobalDial 121 charges will apply.
Can I use Pay-As-U-Roam for Pick & Roam in US (GSM1900 network) instead of subscribing to AutoRoam?
