Specific Terms and Conditions for Singtel Business Referral Programme

1.  Promotion

Singtel Business B2B Referral campaign (wef 1 June 2024) Existing Singtel Business customers (“Referrers”) can refer anyone (“Referred customer”) to sign up for a new Singtel Business Mobile or Singtel Business Broadband listed in the B2B Referral Form as reflected in point v. from 1 June 2024 to earn referral rewards.

2.  Referral Rewards

i.   Referrer & Referred customer will receive a Grab e-voucher for each successful referral (One new line equals one successful referral). The value of this Grab e-voucher reward varies according to the plan that the Referred customer signs up. This reward is stackable for each subsequent referral.

ii.  All rewards will be given on the condition that the referred customer remains as an active Singtel Business customer for at least 30 days from order closed date.

iii. Referral reward (Grab e-voucher) 

iv. Referred customer will be required to submit the B2B referral e-form via the Referrers unique referral link with the necessary details to complete his/her application for the referral rewards. 

v.  Referrer and Referred customer will receive his/her referral reward(s) within 30 days once they are eligible for payment.

3.  Referred Customers

a.  Referred customers can only sign-up new plans through the B2B referral e-form via the Referrers unique referral link to enjoy the referral rewards. 

b.  All sign-ups on other Singtel Business websites or marketing pages and communications will not be applicable with this referral program.

c.   Failure to sign up via the Referrers unique referral link will result in the order being provisioned without the referral rewards. Charges then will be non-refundable upon successful sign up.

Premiums are available on a while-stocks-last basis for selected plans only. Singtel reserves the right to replace premiums with item(s) of similar value. All prices quoted are inclusive of prevailing 9% GST. Promotion is not applicable for Master Service Agreement customers. Standard Singtel Mobile terms and conditions apply. Singtel reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
