A: We are adopting Next Generation Nationwide Broadband Network so that businesses can leverage on the ultra-high speeds delivered over the network to enhance services to customers, increase operational efficiency and create new market opportunities.
A: Business Dial-Up services will be discontinued on 1 December 2019. If you have signed up for our Singtel Fibre Broadband service before 30 September 2019, your Business Dial-Up service will not be disconnected till your Singtel Fibre Broadband service is activated.
A: Your Business Dial-Up service contract will expire upon the end of its term or no later than 1 December 2019 (whichever is earlier). No penalties will apply.
A: Billing for affected Business Dial-Up services will stop once they are disconnected.
A: If you subscribed to a telephone (DEL) line for Business Dial-Up service, it will not be affected. If you do not require the telephone line service, please call 1606 to terminate your DEL service.
A: To upgrade to Singtel Fibre Broadband service, you may:

• Submit a callback form at www.singtel.com/bizdialup
A: You should not experience any disruptions as it will only take a few minutes to migrate to the Singtel Fibre broadband on the day of the installation.
A: If you sign up for Singtel Fibre Broadband service, you can keep your existing SingNet Email and Supplementary Email (if any) and retain all your data and contacts. Otherwise, your SingNet Email Service and Supplementary Email (if any) will cease with the Business Dial-Up service.
You are encouraged to back up your emails on a regular basis to ensure data security and business continuity.
A: Yes, a wireless router will be included at a discounted one-time charge of $200 (includes GST) when you sign up for a new Singtel Fibre Broadband service.
