What is Singtel 5G+ Priority?
Singtel 5G+ Priority uses network slicing to dynamically distribute resources according to the demands of individual users. This provides uninterrupted, high-speed, prioritised connectivity for vital applications like video conferences and real-time data processing, regardless of network demands.
What are the features of 5G+ Priority?
5G+ Priority prioritises data based on device’s International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), ensuring smooth access for key users. 5G+ Priority offers priority access for users regardless of the application being used and allocate dedicated radio resources for critical data traffic, ensuring reliable connectivity.
How to be eligible for 5G+ Priority?
Customers need to be on 5G Standalone (5G SA) – have a 5G SIM card, a 5G plan, and a 5G-enabled mobile device to be eligible to use 5G+ Priority. Find out if your device is 5G SA compatible here.
To switch on 5G SA on your device, here’s how:
a) On Apple devices: Settings > Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > Select “5G On” and turn on “5G Standalone”.
b) On Android devices: Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Select Network Mode > Select “5G/LTE” > Turn on “Use 5G standalone networks”.
c) For Android devices, do also ensure “Turn off 5G” under Power Savings is turned off. To check: pull down notification panels > tap & hold “Power Savings” > Toggle off “Turn off 5G”.
I have switched on 5G Standalone on my device. However, I am in an area where I am connected to 4G instead. Am I still able to enjoy 5G+ Priority?
No, you are not able to enjoy 5G+ Priority. Although 5G+ Priority VAS may be active in your existing plan, 5G+ Priority only works on 5G SA network.

Yes, you can keep the 5G+ Priority as this VAS is based on IMSI level. However, the new device must be a 5G SA-enabled mobile device for you to enjoy 5G+ Priority.

No setup is required. To confirm your 5G+ Priority status, either refer to My Singtel App or reach out to your mobile administrator, who can verify it on Singtel’s Empower portal.

How can I be eligible for 5G+ Priority Service for free?
Customer who subscribed to specific mobile plan (Priority S4, Priority S5, E5, or XO Plus 288) will be automatically entitled to a free subscription to the 5G+ Priority Service as part of the plan offering.
Alternatively, customer who subscribes to Enterprise Mobile Bundle (E1, E2, E3, E4), Enterprise S Plans (S1, S2, S3), or SIM Only Plus (30, 45, 55) mobile plans and have spent an average of more than $80 (excluding GST) per line over the previous 3 months will be entitled for 5G+ Priority Service for the subsequent 3-month period.
I am spending an average of more than $80 across 3 months period, and I am currently entitled to free 5G+ Priority Service. How do I ensure that I continue to receive the 5G+ Priority Service for free over the next 3 months?
To maintain your entitlement, you need to ensure that your average bill for each 3-month period is more than $80 per line, including charges for roaming and value-added service. Alternatively, you can upgrade your mobile plan to the Priority S4 or Priority S5 to be automatically entitled to 5G+ Priority Service.
