1. INTERPRETATION
1.1 The words and expressions used in the 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms, which are defined in the General Terms (as defined below) and Mobile Terms (as defined below) but not explicitly defined in the 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms, shall have the same meanings as defined in the General Terms and Mobile Terms, unless the context otherwise requires.
1.2. The headings or titles of the clauses in the 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms are to facilitate reference and shall not be referred to or relied upon in the construction of any provision of the 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms.
1.3 Customer agrees to comply with and be bound by these 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms. Singtel reserves the right to amend, vary or supplement the 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms without providing any prior notice.
2. 5G+ PRIORITY VASES
2.1. There are two (2) categories of 5G+ Priority VASes, namely:
2.1.1 5G+ priority data VAS (“Data VAS”); and
2.1.2. 5G+ priority applications VASes (“App VASes”), which includes:
(a) general applications VAS (“General App VAS”); or
(b) enhanced voice VAS (“Enhanced Voice App VAS”).
2.2. The 5G+ Priority VASes upgrade data connectivity and do not provide additional data quota or coverage.
2.3 The 5G+ Priority VASes are:
2.3.1 only available in Singapore and cannot be used overseas (i.e. they are not supported while roaming); and
2.3.2 only accessible on Singtel-owned and operated 5G standalone (5G SA) network.
` 2.4 While Singtel aims for the 5G+ Priority VASes to be highly reliable and available, Customer acknowledges that it may not be available 100% of the time. The 5G+ Priority VASes are subject to sporadic interruptions or failures due to a variety of reasons beyond Singtel’s control, including issues from third party partners. Customer acknowledges these limitations and agree that Singtel is not responsible for any damages allegedly caused by the failure or delay of the 5G+ Priority VASes.
3. GENERAL ELIGIBILITY FOR 5G+ PRIORITY VASES
3.1 The 5G+ Priority VASes are exclusively for Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd’s enterprise customers with 5G access on a 5G SIM card with 5G SA compatible mobile device (refer here for a list of 5G SA compatible devices).
3.2 Subscribers of “MobileShare Plus” are required to purchase a 5G+ Priority VAS for each individual End-User line. For the purposes of the 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms, “End-User” shall mean the Customer’s employee.
3.3 Subscribers of “Singtel 4G Mobile Broadband” and “Enterprise Local Data Pool” are not eligible for the 5G+ Priority VAS.
3.4 Customers and/or authorised End-Users may only subscribe to only one 5G+ Priority VAS at any time (i.e., either Data VAS or one of the App VASes). Customers and/or authorised End-Users must terminate their existing 5G+ Priority VAS if they wish to switch to the other category of 5G+ Priority App VAS.
4. 5G+ PRIORITY DATA VAS
A. CUSTOMERS WITH SPECIFIED MOBILE PLANS
4.2.1. Customers who subscribe to any of the existing mobile plans listed below are automatically entitled to a complimentary subscription to the 5G+ Priority Data VAS. If Customers wish to opt out, they should inform Singtel and are responsible for disabling the 5G+ Priority Data VAS:
(a) Priority S4 / Priority S5 plan;
(b) E5 plan; and
(c) XO Plus 288 plan
(each, a “Specific Mobile Plan” and collectively, “Specific Mobile Plans”).
4.2.2 Customers who subscribe to the Specified Mobile Plans will also receive priority access to Singtel enterprise premium care for any assistance in relation to the 5G+ Priority Data VAS.
4.2.3. The benefits set out at Clauses 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 above shall be suspended or terminated if the Customer’s Specified Mobile Plan is suspended or terminated, and shall be reinstated upon the resumption of the service line linked to the Specified Mobile Plan.
B. CUSTOMERS WITH AN AVERAGE MONTHLY SPENDING OF $80 AND ABOVE (PER LINE) ACROSS 3 MONTHS
4.2.4. Customers who (a) are subscribed to the mobile plans listed below (“Eligible Mobile Plans”), and (b) have an average monthly expenditure of $80 and above (excluding GST) per line on their mobile plan over a consecutive 3-month period (“Spending Requirement”), are automatically subscribed, on a complimentary basis, to the 5G+ Priority Data VAS for a period of 3 months.

(i) SIM Only Plus 45
(j) SIM Only Plus 55
For the avoidance of doubt, the Spending Requirement is calculated based on the nett bill amount paid on the mobile line.
4.2.5 After the initial 3-month period, the complimentary subscription will renew on a monthly basis provided that the Customer continues to meet the Spending Requirement based on a rolling 3-month average. If Customers wish to opt out, they should inform Singtel and are responsible for disabling the 5G+ Priority Data VAS.
4.2.6 The 5G+ Priority Data VAS will be automatically terminated at the end of the 3-month period if the Customer fails to meet the Spending Requirement.
4.2.7 The complimentary subscription or termination of the 5G+ Priority Data VAS will occur on the 15th of the month after the Customer has met or has failed to meet the Spending Requirement over a consecutive 3-month period.
4.2.8 Customers who are eligible for the complimentary subscription will also receive priority access to Singtel enterprise premium care for any assistance in relation to the 5G+ Priority Data VAS during the 3-month period.
4.2.9 The complimentary subscription does not apply to Customers who have subscribed to the 5G+ Priority App VASes, 5G+ Priority Data VAS (7-day plan) or 5G+ Priority Data VAS (30-day plan).
4.2.10 The complimentary subscription will not be available during the periods of temporary suspension, disconnection (e.g., due to overdue payment), or pending work order closure.
4.2.11 An SMS notification will be sent to inform Customers about the status of their complimentary subscription, including its activation, termination, and cases where Customers are qualified but not eligible due to having a 4G SIM. Customers who wish to opt out of receiving the SMS notification must notify Singtel and are responsible for disabling the SMS notifications service.
5. 5G+ PRIORITY APP VAS
5.1 The 5G+ Priority App VASes (which comprises the General App VAS and the Enhanced Voice App VAS) are services based on advanced network slicing technology, known as User Equipment Route Selection Policy (“URSP”), that enables enhanced connectivity by prioritising data traffic and allocating dedicated network resources to specific applications.
5.2 The General App VAS is only available for selected applications that have been identified and routed according to Singtel’s network slicing and traffic policies. These applications are configured and managed through the Customer’s selected mobile device management (“MDM”) (if supported).
5.3 The Enhanced Voice App VAS is only available for selected communication applications on selected URSP supported Apple devices (refer here for the list of URSP supported devices) and with below conditions.
(i) iPhone - iOS 18.2 or above.
(ii) iPad - iPadOS 18.2 or above,
5.4 The compatibility of applications with URSP is determined by the respective application developers. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that any additional configurations and settings required to support URSP are properly configured within the application. This includes, but is not limited to, consulting with the relevant application developers or MDM providers regarding configurations, supported versions, and URSP capabilities. Singtel shall not be liable for any incompatibility issues arising from third-party applications or device configurations that do not support URSP.
6. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
6.1. Singtel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the 5G+ Priority VASes at any time, at Singtel’s sole discretion, without notice and without liability:
6.1.1. Singtel reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, to enhance, replace, modify, or add to the 5G+ Priority VASes, including revisions to any and all specifications for the 5G+ Priority VASes. In the event of discontinuation of a 5G+ Priority VAS, Singtel will use reasonable commercial effort to provide Customer with advance notice.
6.1.2. Singtel may temporarily suspend (indefinitely or for such period as Singtel may consider appropriate) the provision of any of the 5G+ Priority VASes without providing any reason. In the event of a suspension, Singtel will restore the affected 5G+ Priority VAS as soon as reasonably practicable.
6.1.3. Singtel may cancel or terminate (including termination after suspending or breach of the 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms by the Customer) any 5G+ Priority VAS, as Singtel deems necessary, without providing any reason.
6.2. If Customer terminates a 5G+ Priority VAS, the benefits under the 5G+ Priority VAS shall immediately cease, and Customer agrees to cease all use of the 5G+ Priority VAS.
7. WARRANTY
7.1 Without limitation, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the 5G+ Priority VASes are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied (including but not limited to any and all implied warranties of merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose).
7.2. Singtel does not represent or warrant that the 5G+ Priority VASes are accurate, complete, reliable, uninterrupted, up-to-date or error-free.
7.3. Performance, experience, and speed are not guaranteed and may be affected by other factors such as network congestion, coverage, End-User’s device, and third-party limitations.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singtel shall not be liable to any Customer, End-User or any other party in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever and whatever the cause thereof, for any losses or damages (i.e. direct, indirect, consequential, collateral, special or incidental losses or damages) suffered or incurred by any Customer, End-User or any other party in connection with the provision and/or use of the 5G+ Priority VASes whether during or after the term of the provision of the 5G+ Priority VASes. For the purposes of the Agreement, indirect or consequential loss or damage includes, without limitation, loss of revenue, profits, anticipated savings or business, loss of data or goodwill, loss of use or value of any equipment including software, and all associated and incidental costs and expenses.
9. PRIVACY AND DATA COLLECTION
Customer agrees to Singtel’s collection, holding, storage, use, processing, transfer, and disclosure to any relevant third party, of its End-User’s personal data and/or other information provided to Singtel, for (i) the purposes of the provision of the 5G+ Priority VASes; and (ii) for one or more of the purposes set out in Singtel’s Data Protection Policy (available at https://www.singtel.com/data-protection) and acknowledges that the terms of the Data Protection Policy are incorporated by reference into this Clause 9.
For the avoidance of doubt, Customer must ensure that it complies with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act by ensuring that it obtains the consent of its End-Users for Singtel to collect, use and disclose the End-User’s personal data for the provision of the 5G+ Priority VASes.
10. APPLICABLE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
10.1.In addition to the 5G+ Priority Specific Terms, the 5G+ Priority VASes are also governed by the following terms:
10.1.1. General Terms and Conditions for Enterprise (https://www.singtel.com/terms-general-enterprise) (“General Terms”); and
10.1.2. Enterprise Mobile Terms and Conditions (https://www.singtel.com/enterprise-mobile-terms-and-conditions) (“Mobile Terms”).
10.2. In the event of any inconsistency between the different parts of the terms and conditions above, unless agreed otherwise by Singtel, the following order of precedence shall apply to resolve the inconsistency in relation to the 5G+ Priority VAS:
10.2.1. 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms;
10.2.2 Mobile Terms; and
10.2.3 General Terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
The 5G+ Priority VAS Specific Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and each Customer agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
