Singtel Empower Portal is a one-stop portal that provides your business access to multiple services, such as:
Purchase services with Singtel for business use
Track provisioning status and manage appointments for connectivity services
View your service subscription details with Singtel Enterprise
View network performance for connectivity services
Access bills and billing reports
Change billing address
Relocate your services
Report faults and monitor status of incidents
To create an Empower Portal account:
1. Go to Empower Portal.
2. Select Create An Account.
If you are an authorised Myinfo Business user :
1. Select Retrieve Myinfo with SingPass.
Upon submission, your Empower account will be created immediately. You will receive emails with your login credentials.
2. Else, enter your company’s BRN/UEN and Verify.
3. To facilitate account creation, we would be requesting for your contact information, job profile and Singtel account details.
4. Once Submitted, your Empower account will be created immediately, unless authorisation is required from your company’s administrator or Singtel Account Manager. You will receive emails with your login credentials.
