Change customer administrator in Singtel Empower Portal

​On Singtel Empower Portal, customer administrators can access all modules and onboard other users onto the portal.

More than one administrator per company is allowed on the portal.

You may change administrator if, for example, the existing administrator is leaving/has left the company.

  1. If the existing administrator is still with the company, the new administrator can request for an account via Empower Portal. The request would be routed to the existing administrator via email for approval.

    Once approved, the new administrator will receive the login credentials via email.

  2. To remove the account of an administrator who has left the company, you can submit a request via the Contact Us feature at the bottom of the Empower homepage.
