On Singtel Empower Portal, you can submit a request to amend the billing address of your corporate billing account(s) with Singtel.
To change your billing address, go to Amend billing address, or navigate via Empower homepage > Corporate bill > Amend billing address.
You would need to have any of the following roles to get access - A) Administrator or B) Corporate bill – Manager.
