Q: My current Microsoft 365 subscription is managed by my HQ overseas. Can I still subscribe to Microsoft Teams Calling with Singtel?

A: Yes, you can still do so if your subscription is with Singtel. You will need to provide information on the licences before deployment.

Q: Can I retain my DDI numbers from another telco?

A: Yes. You can port over your DDI numbers with a one-time service charge. 

Q: Is there a limit on local calls and what are the charges?

A: You can enjoy unlimited free local calls.

Q: If I make a call to a contact in Singapore while I am in overseas, will overseas charges be incurred?

A: No, it is still considered a local call because your DDI number is a Singapore number.

Q: If I make a call to a US contact when I am in the US, will that be considered a local call?

A: No, it will be an overseas call with IDD charges incurred because your DDI number is a Singapore one.

Q: Which IDD rate will be used for overseas calls?

A: It will be either Singtel IDD 001 or v019, depending on prefix used. For example, dialling 019<Country code><area code><Telephone Number> will be charged at v019 rate.

Q: What are the limits for call recording?

A: There is no limit on duration and storage.
