1) What is the new XO Plus plans?

The new Singtel XO Plus 72 ,92, 122, 172, 288 plans come with ultra-fast 5G access and content while offering big data bundles and a new handset at attractive prices. The new Singtel XO Plus 52 plans offers big data bundle with the option to add on Singtel 5G NOW. A device agreement term of 24 months applies.

2) Can I share my XO Plus plan bundle with MobileShare supplementary lines?

Yes. XO Plus plans are eligible to have up to 3 MobileShare supplementary lines to share local data and local talktime/SMS. Only the XO Plus plan main line will enjoy 5G NOW access. 

3) What are the charges if I use more than my XO Plus plan’s local data bundle?

If you use more than your monthly local data bundle, excess data usage is charged at $18.33 for every 18GB block and capped at $191.51/month.

4) Is the excess local data usage shareable with MobileShare?

Yes. All excess local data usage is shareable with all MobileShare supplementary lines tied under the main line. 

5) Can I subscribe to 5G on XO Plus Plans?

You can subscribe to our 5G NOW add-on at $15.28 which comes with 10GB of local data on XO Plus 52 Plan. XO Plus 72 and above plans comes with FREE 5G Access. If you need more data, check out our DataMore add-on to get the additional data you need at great prices.

6) How may I sign up for more data on XO Plus plans?

To enjoy more data on XO Plus plans you may sign up for DataMore or DATA X INFINITY. Do note that XO Plus plans are not eligible for DATA X2 / X3 / X4 add-ons. 

7) If I am on a Combo plan with an existing DATA X add-on within contract, can I still change my plan to a XO Plus plan?

Yes, you may do so. Please note that a downgrade charge will apply for downgrade in plan. The remaining contract charges for any DATA X2/ X3/ X4 add-on will be waived for any plan upgrades to XO Plus plans. Data X INFINITY will remain on the new XO Plus plan until you request to terminate it. Remaining contract charges for the add-on applies. 

8) If I am on a XO plan with an existing DATA X INFINITY add-on within contract, can I still change my plan to a XO Plus plan?

Yes, you may do so. Data X INFINITY will remain on the new XO Plus plan until you request to terminate it. Remaining contract charges for the add-on applies.

9) If I am on a Combo plan with an existing 5G NOW add-on within contract, can I still change my plan to a XO Plus plan?

Yes, you may do so. Please note that a downgrade charge will apply for a downgrade in plan. The remaining contract charge for the 5G NOW add-on will be waived for any plan upgrades to XO Plus plans.
