1) What is the new XO Plus plans?

The new Singtel XO Plus 68, 88, 118, 168 plans come with ultra-fast 5G access and content while offering big data bundles and a new handset at attractive prices. The new Singtel XO Plus 50 plans offers big data bundle with the option to add on Singtel 5G NOW. A device agreement term of 24 months applies.

2) Can I share my XO Plus plan bundle with MobileShare supplementary lines?

Yes. XO Plus plans are eligible to have up to 3 MobileShare supplementary lines to share local data and local talktime/SMS. Only the XO Plus plan main line will enjoy 5G NOW access. 

3) What are the charges if I use more than my XO Plus plan’s local data bundle?

If you use more than your monthly local data bundle, excess data usage is charged at $18 for every 18GB block and capped at $188/month.

4) Is the excess local data usage shareable with MobileShare?

Yes. All excess local data usage is shareable with all MobileShare supplementary lines tied under the main line. 

5) Can I subscribe to 5G on XO Plus Plans?

You can subscribe to our 5G NOW add-on at $15 which comes with 10GB of local data on XO Plus 50 Plan. XO Plus 68 and above plans comes with 5G Access (5G NOW Market Trial) and is not eligible for 5G NOW add-on. If you need more data, check out our DataMore add-on to get the additional data you need at great prices.

6) How may I sign up for more data on XO Plus plans?

To enjoy more data on XO Plus plans you may sign up for DataMore or DATA X INFINITY. Do note that XO Plus plans are not eligible for DATA X2 / X3 / X4 add-ons. 

7) If I am on a Combo plan with an existing DATA X add-on within contract, can I still change my plan to a XO Plus plan?

Yes, you may do so. Please note that a downgrade charge will apply for downgrade in plan. The remaining contract charges for any DATA X2/ X3/ X4 add-on will be waived for any plan upgrades to XO Plus plans. Data X INFINITY will remain on the new XO Plus plan until you request to terminate it. Remaining contract charges for the add-on applies. 

8) If I am on a XO plan with an existing DATA X INFINITY add-on within contract, can I still change my plan to a XO Plus plan?

Yes, you may do so. Data X INFINITY will remain on the new XO Plus plan until you request to terminate it. Remaining contract charges for the add-on applies.

9) If I am on a Combo plan with an existing 5G NOW add-on within contract, can I still change my plan to a XO Plus plan?

Yes, you may do so. Please note that a downgrade charge will apply for a downgrade in plan. The remaining contract charge for the 5G NOW add-on will be waived for any plan upgrades to XO Plus plans. 

10) Are XO Plus plans eligible for Business Circle benefits?

XO Plus plans can be included as a line count towards the total Mobile lines for the purpose of determining the applicable Mobile discounts on eligible discount lines. 11) If I am on an existing postpaid plan with Business Circle benefits (keyline/ non-keyline), can I still change my plan or recontract to XO Plus Plans?

Yes, you may do so. Please note that as XO Plus plans are not eligible for keyline benefits, all keyline benefits will automatically cease once you have successfully changed your plan or recontracted to XO Plus plans. 

12) I am currently on a Multi-SIM service, can I retain my Multi-SIM card and sign up on the XO Plus plans?

Do note that XO Plus plans are not eligible for Multi-SIM. If you wish to share your plan bundle on a supplementary line, you may sign up for our MobileShare Supplementary plans.

13) Why is Free Weekend Data benefit removed from the XO Plus plans?

The weekend data benefit on XO Plans was offered on a promotional basis till 8 Feb 2021. Not to worry, our newly launched XO Plus plans comes with bigger data bundle and free 5G access bringing more value to you. Get ready to maximise the fullest 5G experience on your new smartphones.
