On Singtel Empower Portal, you can monitor the provisioning progress and order status, change appointments and request dates for selected network and connectivity services.
- To check provisioning progress, go to Service order status, or navigate via Empower homepage > Track > Service order status.
- Find your service order by BRN, Billing Account or Service Number.
- Select your Service Order.
- View or submit a request to change your Requested Date.
- View your provisioning progress. Select Reschedule to change appointment dates.
You would need to have any of the following roles to get access - A) Administrator, B) Track – Manager, or C) Track – User
