Track provisioning status and change appointments

On Singtel Empower Portal, you can monitor the provisioning progress and order status, change appointments and request dates for selected network and connectivity services.

 

  1. To check provisioning progress, go to Service order status, or navigate via Empower homepage > Track > Service order status.
  2. Find your service order by BRN, Billing Account or Service Number.
  3. Select your Service Order. 
  4. View or submit a request to change your Requested Date.
  5. View your provisioning progress. Select Reschedule to change appointment dates.

 

You would need to have any of the following roles to get access - A) Administrator, B) Track – Manager, or C) Track – User
