View subscription and service details i.e. recontract eligibility etc

On Singtel Empower Portal, you can view your subscription and service details i.e. recontract eligibility etc.

To view subscription details for Broadband, Mobile, ISDN and Telephony :

Go to Recontract services, or navigate via Empower homepage > Shop > Marketplace > Check special offers for recontract service. 

You would need to provide your Singtel account details i.e. billing account number and address for authentication pumper. 

You would also be recommended with promotions that best fit your company’s needs.

Alternatively, you can go to View subscribed services, or navigate via Empower homepage > Manage my services > View subscribed services.

You would need to have a Singtel Empower account - Administrator role to get access.
