Q. What are the mobile plans that are eligible to sign up for DATA X add-on?

A. The eligible mobile plans are Combo 12 and XO Plus plans. 

Q. Are there any charges when I sign up for DATA X add-on?

A. Yes, a one-time activation fee of $10.70 applies with every sign up of DATA X from 31st August 2017.

Q. Can my MobileShare supplementary line(s) share the DATA X add-on which my Combo 12 plan has subscribed to?

A. Yes, your MobileShare supplementary line is able to share the data bundle of the Combo 12 plan.

Q. How do I sign up for DATA X add-on?

A. You may sign up for the DATA X add-on upon re-contracting your mobile plan, signing up a new mobile plan (Combo 12) via our hotline, 1800-SME-1111 (1800-763-1111), at any of our Singtel shops or Singtel exclusive retailers or Business eShop. You may also sign up for DATA X 3 via My Singtel App under Data Add-ons.

Q. What is the total local data bundle I am entitled to once I have subscribed to DATA X add-on?

Q. I am currently subscribed to DataMore add-on, can I still sign up for DATA X add-on?

A. Yes, you can.

Q. Will I be notified once I have successfully signed up for DATA X add-on?

A. No. However, you can refer to the “My Add-ons” tab in My Singtel app or My Account to check if you have successfully subscribed to DATA X add-on.

Q. Is there any termination charges if I terminate my DATA X add-on in the middle of my contract?

A. Yes. There is a minimum subscription period of 24 months. Early termination charges apply on the remaining contract terms.

Q. Would I be able to continue with my DATA X add-on service after 24 months?

A. Yes. DATA X add-on will continue and only be terminated upon customer’s request.

Q. Can I sign up DATA X 3 and DATA X 4 add-on at the same time?

A. Customers may not subscribe to both DATA X 3 and DATA X 4 Add-ons simultaneously. Either Add-on must be terminated before the customer may subscribe to the other. Early termination charges may apply.

Q. Can I cancel my DATA X 3 and sign up DATA X 4 without re-contracting my mobile line? Is there any termination charges?

A. Yes, you can. No, there will be no early termination charges.

Q. Can I cancel my DATA X 4 and sign up DATA X 3 without re-contracting my mobile line? Is there any termination charges.

A. Yes, you can. Yes, an early termination charge of the monthly recurring charge for DATA X 4 multiplied by the number of months remaining in the minimum subscription period.
