What are the pre-requisites to subscribe for the DataRoam Saver Malaysia (Monthly) – 200MB @ $5/mth plan or 1GB @ $10/mth plan?
- You must have either an AutoRoam or Pay-As-U-Roam and GPRS service.
- You should not have EasyData Roam service or have subscribed to either the DataRoam Saver Malaysia (Monthly) 200MB plan or DataRoam Saver Malaysia (Monthly) 1GB plan.
I am an existing DataRoam Saver Malaysia (Monthly) 100MB subscriber. Will I get to enjoy the double data?
Yes, all new and existing customers will get to enjoy the free upgrade to 200MB.
How do I enjoy the free upgrade? Do I need to call in?
The free upgrade is automatic. No action is required on your end.
What happens if I sign up in the middle of my bill cycle? Will it be subjected to pro-ration?
Your subscription will be pro-rated. However, you will get to enjoy the full 200MB/1GB data bundle.

Can I carry forward any unused data to the following month?
No, you cannot carry forward any unused data for both DataRoam Saver Malaysia (Monthly) -200MB and 1GB plans.
How will I be charged if I have used up my 200MB/1GB data bundle?
Excess data beyond the 200MB/1GB data bundle on Maxis or Digi network will be chargeable at $0.10/MB.
How will I be charged if I do not use it on Maxis or Digi network?
Network lock will be activated therefore you will not be able to use data on non-preferred network (Celcom and U Mobile). However, if you decide to disable network lock and use data, you will be chargeable at $25/MB.
Note: If you have turn off Network Lock before, you will have to manually turn on to be protected.

What is the contract term for DataRoam Saver Malaysia (Monthly) -200MB and 1GB plans? Do I have to pay a penalty if I terminate on the 2nd month?
Both plans have a contract term of 1-month. Hence, if you terminate your plan on the 2nd month, you are not required to pay a penalty.
Will my data-roaming charges be covered by DataRoam Saver Malaysia (Monthly) -200MB and 1GB plans if I terminate my plan on the day that I incurred data-roaming charges?
As termination of plan takes effect from 00:00am of the day that you requested to terminate the plan, all data-roaming charges incurred for the day will be charged as pay-per-use charges.
Will the plans terminate automatically after 1 month?
No, they will not be terminated automatically. To terminate the plans, please submit your termination request via My Account at www.Singtel.com/myaccount or My Singtel app. Alternatively, you may call the 1688 hotline (admin fee of $10 applies) to terminate the plan subscription. No refunds will be given for any unused portion of the subscription.
What happens if I transfer my line to someone else?
The service will be available to the transferee (Customer B). The transferee follows transferor’s (Customer A) tenure.
I have a DRS Monthly plan for multiple destinations and DRS Malaysia (Monthly) 200MB/ 1GB plan. What is the data knock off sequence?
Data will be knocked off from DRS Malaysia (Monthly) 200MB/1GB plan first, followed by DRS Monthly plan for multiple destinations.
