Where will I be able to purchase the handset?
You will be able to select the venue of your convenience from our 10 Singtel shops and 14 Singtel Exclusive Retailers.
When will pre-order online start?
Pre-order online will start on singtelshop.com and easymobile.sg on 09 March, 11am onwards, while stocks last to those who have registered their interest. First delivery will be from 11 March 2016 onwards. Only customers who have registered their interest with us would receive an email with details on how to purchase.
Can I change my booked appointment to another person?
The appointment cannot be changed to another person. You may wish to ask the individual to book an appointment and purchase Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+ under the individual’s NRIC or FIN details.
If I did not pre-register previously, will I still be able to book an appointment for the Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ or S7 edge 4G+ later?
No, only pre-registered customer can book an appointment or pre-order on singtelshop.com and easymobile.sg on 09 March, 11am onwards. You can still purchase the handset via any Singtel Shop, through www.singtelshop.com for Combo plan, or www.easymobile.sg for Easy Mobile plans when we have announced island wide launch, subjected to availability.
What are the available colours and storage sizes available?
Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+ is available in Silver Titanium, Gold Platinum and Black Onyx with 32GB storage size at launch.
Can I purchase the Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+ at the recommended retail price (RRP) without any mobile contract?
The Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+ will be available for RRP purchase when we have announced island wide launch.
What kind of SIM card does the Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+ require? Will there be any SIM card charge?
The Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+ uses a NanoSIM. Change of SIM will be required for existing Singtel Mobile customers who are on other types of SIM card. Prevailing SIM card charge of $37.45 apply.
How can I transfer my existing contacts to the new Samsung Galaxy S7 4G+ and S7 edge 4G+?
