(Note to customers with existing Wireless@SG accounts, IMDA with Singtel has launched enhanced methods of registering to Wireless@SG. Existing accounts will be deactivated by 31 December 2017.
To continue to enjoy seamless Wireless@SG, please either download the Wireless@SG App and perform a one-time setup on supported devices with Android, iOS and Windows 7 and above platforms.
Alternatively, as a local or foreign visitor, you may choose to sign-in with a valid mobile number here through a web browser when you are at a Wireless@SG hotspot.)
Enjoy free wireless internet across in public places across Singapore. You can connect to Wireless@SG hotspots island-wide at the speed of 5 Mbps in cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, libraries and other public venues.

For mobile users :
Step 1: Download and install the Wireless@SG app from here
Step 2: Tap into the main drop-down menu and select “Setup”
Step 3: Select the operator of your mobile number and enter your identification and mobile numbers
Step 4: Enter the one-time pin that is sent to your mobile phone and you’re all set for seamless connectivity to Wireless@SG.
*Notes:
- Besides supporting the app, Wireless@SG connectivity must also be supported. Most major brands of handset devices support the authentication automatically however there are known exceptions of OnePlus and XiaoMi (Redmi and Redmi Note 3G). For older devices which require manual configuration, please look at the step-by-step guide listed here.
- To check on app compatibility with your device, please refer to FAQ section. Alternatively, you can also attempt to login without the app. Please see them steps below.
For users on devices not supported by the Wireless@SG app:
Step 1: Select “Sign-in with mobile number” here when you are at a Wireless@SG hotspot
Step 2: Enter your mobile number and verification code indicated on the screen
Step 3: Enter the one-time pin that is sent to your mobile phone and you’re all set.
