How to Apply for Singtel IDD access
To use the IDD 001 service, you must have Singtel IDD access activated on your phone line. Application is free and there is no subscription fee.
You can apply to have Singtel IDD access activated on your home phone or personal mobile line using the following methods:
Via telephone:
- If you are applying for your Singtel mobile or fixed line, call 1688.
- If you are applying for your StarHub or M1 line, call 104.
To call Indonesian Border Towns, dial as follows:
011<area code (if any)><overseas telephone number>
To make an operator-assisted international call (Service 104), dial 104. Operator-assisted international telephone calls are not available to the following destinations:
- Afghanistan
- Midway Islands
- Tokelau Island

How can I know the duration of my international call?
Customers will be able to check the duration of their calls and respective call charges from their monthly bill.
Do I need to pay any registration fees or monthly subscription?
No.
How long does it take to activate Singtel IDD 001 service?
If your application is approved, your Singtel IDD facility will be activated one working day after we receive your application form.
How will I be charged if I use Singtel international call services on my StarHub/M1 line?
Singtel will only bill you for usage of Singtel international call services.
How can I be assured that I will be billed accurately for all IDD calls made?
Your monthly bill will list all overseas calls made within the billing cycle. It will include detailed information like date and time, the overseas number called, the duration and cost incurred for each call. If you have questions about your bill, please call 1688.
