iPad Pro Stocks & Availability

  1. Where can I purchase the iPad Pro?

    You can purchase the iPad Pro (10.7-inch) & iPad Pro (12.9-inch) at all Singtel Retail Shops and Singtel Exclusive Retailers from 14 June 2017 onwards.

    Alternatively, visit www.singtelshop.com/ipad to make your purchase. Stocks available are on a first-come-first-served basis.

  2. Can I use my Singtel Prestige handset voucher or other vouchers to purchase the iPad Pro?
    Yes, you can. Singtel Prestige handset vouchers and other handset vouchers can be used to purchase any iPad.
  3. Can I trade-in my tablet/handset when I purchase a new iPad Pro?
    Trade-in of existing tablets/handsets are only available at Singtel Retail Stores. Kindly check with our friendly sales specialist for the latest trade-in value. Trade-in services are not available at Singtel Exclusive Retailers.
Tablet Top-up

  1. What is a Tablet Top-up?
    It is an affordable way to purchase your iPad Pro by making a monthly payment of $15/month over 24 months along with a one-time payment of your new iPad.

  2. How does a Tablet Top-up work?

    For example, if you are purchasing the iPad Pro (10.5-inch) in 128GB on a Combo Mobile BroadBand 10 plan, your one-time payment for the device would be $455.

  3. Can I opt out of the monthly Tablet Top-up payment?
    The subscription is based on a 24-month plan.  Early termination charges apply if the subscription is terminated before the end of the 24-month minimum subscription period.

  2. How do I know if I’m connected to Singtel WiFi?
    You will see a WiFi logo indicator on your mobile screen. To check if you are logged onto Singtel WiFi, simply check your WiFi mobile phone settings and look for “Singtel WiFi”.
