SIM Only Enhanced Lite / Enhanced Core / Priority Plus / Priority Ultra Plans Terms and Conditions

 

Enhanced Lite Plan 300GB at $35: Customers must subscribe to a SIM Only Plan that is bundled with 300GB local data with a 12-month minimum subscription period. Monthly subscription will be chargeable at $35. 10GB of Bundled Malaysia Roaming will be given to customers every month and unutilised amounts will not be refunded or carried over to the next month.

 

Free Caller ID (12 Months): Eligible customers will enjoy free Caller ID service for the first 12 months. From 13th month onwards, the Caller ID service will be chargeable at $5.45/mth.

 

Enhanced Core Plan Unlimited Data at $40: Customers must subscribe to a SIM Only Plan that is bundled with 300GB local data and DATA X INFINITY add-on, subject to DATA X’s terms and condition and our Fair Usage Policy, with a 1-month minimum subscription. They will be given 700 local minutes talk time and 700 local SMS monthly. Monthly subscription will be chargeable at $32 for the first 12 months, and $40 thereafter. 4GB of Bundled Asia Roaming (18 Destinations*) and 50GB of Bundled Malaysia Roaming will be given to customers every month and unutilised amounts will not be refunded or carried over to the next month.

 

Priority Plus Plan Unlimited Data at $55: Customers must subscribe to a SIM Only Plan that is bundled with 600GB local data and DATA X INFINITY add-on, subject to DATA X’s terms and condition and our Fair Usage Policy, with a 1-month minimum subscription. They will be given 1000 local minutes talk time and 1000 local SMS. Monthly subscription is chargeable at $55. 13GB of Bundled Asia Roaming (18 Destinations*) and Unlimited GB of Bundled Malaysia Roaming will be given to customers every month and unutilised amounts will not be refunded or carried over to the next month.

 

Priority Ultra Plan Unlimited Data at $80: Customers must subscribe to a SIM Only Plan that is bundled with 300GB local data and DATA X INFINITY add-on, subject to DATA X’s terms and condition and our Fair Usage Policy, with a 1-month minimum subscription. They will be given 1500 local minutes talk time and 1500 local SMS. Monthly subscription is chargeable at $80. 6GB of Bundled Asia Roaming (18 Destinations*), 18GB of Bundled Worldwide Roaming and Unlimited GB of Bundled Malaysia Roaming will be given to customers every month and unutilised amounts will not be refunded or carried over to the next month.

 

Free Caller ID: Eligible customers on Core, Plus and Ultra Plans will enjoy free Caller ID service bundled with their plans.

 

Termination: If the SIM Only Plan is terminated before the expiry of the minimum subscription period by the customer for any reason whatsoever, or by Singtel Mobile as a consequence of any breach by the customer of any of the obligations or duties of the customer, the entire month’s fees will still be payable and early termination charges will apply on the unfulfilled balance of the minimum subscription period. Early termination charges will also apply if there is a change plan within the minimum subscription period. There are no early termination charges to change instrument from SIM Only Plan to any XS/S/M/L/Pro/Fam Phone Plan at any time during the minimum subscription period, but all free data/talktime/SMS/MMS will be terminated. However, if the SIM Only Plan is terminated after the minimum subscription period by the customer for any reason whatsoever, or by Singtel Mobile as a consequence of any breach by the customer of any of the obligations or duties of the customer, the fees chargeable and payable by the customer shall be a pro-rated amount from the month’s fee.

 

Free 3/6/12 months McAfee Mobile Security (2 Devices): Applicable for Singtel Postpaid Mobile SIM Only Plan sign-ups. The free subscription to McAfee Mobile Security (2 Devices)  shall apply for the duration in accordance with the applicable Sim Only Plan (as stated in the below table)  . Upon expiry of the specified duration and/or in the event you unsubscribe from your SIM Only Plan, the prevailing monthly subscription charges of $4.99/month shall apply thereafter. All charges are inclusive of 9% GST. Should the customer terminate his Sim Only Plan before the expiry of the minimum subscription period and/or transfer the ownership of his SIM Only Plan, the free subscription to McAfree Mobile Security (2 Devices) shall automatically cease.  For more information, please visit here.

 

Monthly Cashback: Applicable for SIM Only Plan sign-up. Monthly cashback is given if a customer subscribes to an eligible SIM Only Plan and  a new product with Singtel PayLater. Cashback will be given monthly as long as customer has an active Singtel PayLater product. Only one monthly cashback will be given per SIM Only Plan, regardless of the number of active Singtel PayLater products customer have. Cashback is non-transferrable. Should the customer terminate his Singtel PayLater instalment plan before the expiry of the minimum subscription period and/or should the customer transfer the ownership of his SIM Only Plan, the remaining balance on the instalment plan will be accelerated and charged as a one-time fee and the monthly cashback entitlement will automatically cease.  If the SIM Only Plan is suspended for any reason and subsequently resumed, the ongoing cashback offer will cease immediately upon suspension and will not be reinstated upon resumption of the SIM Only Plan service. For the avoidance of doubt, this monthly cashback applies exclusively to the SIM Only Plan and is separate from any other promotional cashbacks that may be offered periodically.

Free 5G MobileShare Plus plan on Priority Plus / Priority Ultra SIM Only plans and Priority Pro / Priority Fam Phone plans

 

Promotion is only valid for customers who have signed up for a Priority Plus / Priority Ultra SIM Only plan from 20^th Nov onwards. Additional 5G Mobileshare Plus plan is valid for new sign ups only; change of plan / converting existing Mobileshare plan to free is not allowed.

 

Sign-ups online will be issued an eSIM only and a random number will be assigned.

 

Free 5G MobileShare Supplementary (0-mth term): 5G MobileShare Plus is inclusive of 5G Access and 5GB Local Data. Free Local data, talktime, SMS/MMS add-ons on SIM Only Plan: In the event that there are any promotional campaigns involving free local data, talktime, SMS/MMS add-ons on SIM Only Plan, such add-ons will be provided to customer as stated within the promotional campaign. If there is any change in the add-ons subscribed, or if the line is terminated, temporarily suspended, transferred or if there is a change of plan, the free data, talktime and SMS/MMS will be terminated immediately, even if the line is still within the minimum subscription period. For free data promotions, customers must subscribe to the relevant additional data add-ons in the same transaction that they sign up or change plan to SIM Only Plan. Excess data usage charges of $10.90 per GB capped at $191.51/mth apply. Promotions are only valid with new sign up, change plan or recontract to a SIM Only Plus plan with minimum subscription.
