1. The Singtel 5G Plus for SG60 eSIM Campaign (“Campaign”) is a campaign organised by Singtel Mobile Pte. Ltd. (“Singtel”) exclusively for new and existing Singtel customers signing up a new mobile line (“Customer(s)”).
2. Customers shall be entitled to receive a two (2) months subscription (“Trial Period”) of the applicable Plan (as defined below) on a free of charge basis under this Campaign.
3. By participating in this Campaign, all Customers are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Singtel which shall be final and binding in all respects.
4. To be eligible for the Campaign, the Customer must fulfill the following criteria:
(a) Hold a credit rating of 0-4;
(b) Only for Residential customers;
(c) 21 years old and above;
(d) Only for Singaporean, Permanent Residents, S Pass, or E Pass holder (with at least 6 months validity for Pass holders);
(e) Only for new mobile line customers. Re-contracting and port-ins are expressly excluded; and
(f) Subjected to a maximum of 6 Postpaid mobile lines per NRIC.
5. This Campaign is limited to only one (1) trial line redemption per NRIC/FIN in the past twelve (12) month period.
6. This Campaign only applies to the SIM Only Priority Plus Plan (“Plan”). For full details of the Plan, visit https://www.singtel.com/personal/mobile/plans/sim-only/tncs.
7. Upon expiry of the Trial Period, the Plan and associated plan entitlements (e.g. free add-ons) enjoyed will be automatically terminated. Any add-ons subscribed to outside of plan entitlements during the Trial Period is chargeable to the Customer, with early termination charges applicable upon termination. Any excess usage beyond plan benefits will also be chargeable. To continue enjoying the applicable Plan after the Trial Period, customers may refer to the SMS sent to their service number towards the end of the second month to opt-in for the service.
8. This Campaign is not stackable with other offers, discounts, rebates, coupons, privileges, promotions or campaigns.
9. Upon successful sign up to the applicable Plan, the Customer will be entitled to enjoy 5G+ Priority and its associated Priority benefits, except for Priority reservation during selected phone launches. 10. Change of Plan: Customers may refer to the SMS sent to their service number towards the end of the second month of their subscription and follow the link attached to manage their subscription , including any request to change their Plan. There are no early termination charges to change plans from a Plan signed up under this Campaign to a SIM Only Lite/Core/Priority Ultra plan, SIM Only Plus or XS/S/M/Priority L/Priority Pro/Priority Fam Phone plan while the Campaign is ongoing. Any change of plan within the Trial Period will result in immediate forfeiture of the discounted rate for the remaining duration of the subscription, and all remaining free data/talktime/SMS/MMS will be terminated. If Customers change plan within the Trial Period, it is assumed that they have opted in to continue their new plan and will be charged for the new plan with immediate effect, with no subsequent opt-in required.
11. Continuation: Customers may refer to the SMS sent to their service number towards the end of the second month of subscription and follow the link attached to request to continue their Plan at prevailing rates. If no indication to continue, the Plan will be automatically ceased.
12. Transfer of ownership: The promotion(s) given or provided under this Campaign cannot be transferred to another person or entity. Any request for transfer of ownership for a mobile line registered under this Campaign is allowed at prevailing charges, however any remaining discounted period will be forfeited.
13. By participating in the Campaign, the Customer consents to Singtel’s collection, holding, storage, use, processing, transfer, and disclosure to any relevant third party (including without limitation, any participating merchant and/or supplier), of its personal data and/or other information provided to Singtel, for (i) the purposes of organising and administration of the promotion under this Campaign; and (ii) for one or more of the purposes set out in Singtel’s Data Protection Policy (available at https://www.singtel.com/data-protection).
14. By participating in this Campaign and receiving the free subscription for the Trial, the Customer expressly agrees and consents to receive marketing materials, promotions and offers from Singtel via SMS and email during the Trial Period and for the period of up to 60 days following the expiry of the Trial Period or the termination of the Plan.
15. In case of dispute arising from or relating to the Campaign, the decision of Singtel shall be final, conclusive and binding.
16. Singtel reserves the right to amend, revoke, vary or add to the terms and conditions of the Campaign or suspend or terminate the Campaign and/or any of its governing terms in its absolute discretion at any time without any liability. Any termination, suspension, amendment or variation of this Campaign by Singtel or the terms and conditions herein shall not entitle any Customer to any claims or compensation from Singtel for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by that Customer, whether directly or indirectly caused.
17. All of Singtel’s general consumer terms and conditions and specific product terms and conditions (available at https://www.singtel.com/personal/terms), Singtel’s Data Protection Policy (available at https://www.singtel.com/data-protection) and the SIM Only Core/Priority Plus/Priority Ultra Plans Terms and Conditions (available at https://www.singtel.com/personal/mobile/plans/sim-only/tncs) continue to apply with full force and effect.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the Customers irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
