If you are signing up for a new service, we will be scheduling 2 installation appointments for you at the earliest availability.
If you are recontracting, we will be scheduling 1 Singtel installation appointment for you.
(1)NetLink Trust (NLT) installation-A fibre termination point for equipment such as your router will be installed either remotely or in your premise by NLT engineers first. For maximum broadband connection, NLT engineers may advise on the cabling and wiring required.
(2)Singtel installation–Our field engineers will assist with the installation of equipment like the Optical Network Terminal Router and WiFi Mesh (where applicable) in your premise.
Should you wish to change the date and time of your installation(s), you will be able to do so via a link that you will receive via SMS with your installation appointment details.
