Singtel 5G+ is the next-generation evolution of our 5G network that sets a new global standard in everyday mobile connectivity. Now, 5G comes with a huge PLUS; it’s the only 5G network in Singapore with 700MHhz spectrum for the best nationwide coverage, even deep indoors.
With increased signal strength of up to 40% in high-rise, underground and remote areas across Singapore, customers can enjoy uninterrupted calls and data services even in locations like basement carparks, HDB estates and high-rise buildings.

2. How can I enjoy Singtel 5G+?
All Singtel customers on our 5G plans have been upgraded to 5G+ for FREE. This upgrade happened automatically on 7 February 2025.
3. How do I ensure that I enjoy the full experience of Singtel 5G+?
Step 1: To enjoy the full experience, ensure that you’re on a 5G Standalone (SA)-compatible handset.
Step 2: Check that you have a Singtel 5G SIM card or eSIM. If you’re using a 4G SIM card, simply change to a 5G+ eSIM via My Singtel app from 24 April 2025. Or, stop by any of our self-service kiosks to upgrade your SIM card for FREE.
Step 3: Ensure that your 5G SA settings are ‘ON’. A step-by-step guide is available here.
4. How do I check if I have been provisioned Singtel 5G+?
When you see the 5G icon on your phone, it means you’re logged onto the Singtel 5G+ network.
Alternatively, simply log into My Singtel app to check if '5G Service' is displayed in the 'Manage Add-Ons' section.
5. What should I do if I’m unable to connect to 5G+ on my device?
Check your device settings and ensure that your 5G network mode is turned on. Find detailed step-by-step instructions here. Rest assured, we’ll get you up and running in no time.

The Master Plan brings you enhanced network, roaming, security and priority experiences—made possible by advanced network slicing technology.
Now, this changes everything. If you are on a Singtel 5G plan, you are already on 5G+. And if you want MORE, you can get on 5G+ Enhanced; or always be put FIRST with 5G+ Priority.
2. What is 'network slicing'?
It’s a sophisticated 5G technology, providing unparalleled agility, flexibility and scalability of network resources. Put simply, you get to choose a 'slice' of our network that dynamically adapts to your needs with up to 4X faster speed, with seamless connectivity and robust security–even while roaming.

2. What is Priority Lane?
Being on the 5G+ Priority Lane means your mobile connectivity is always put first on our network. Just like how the front of an aircraft is reserved for premium customers, priority customers have a dedicated 'slice' of the Singtel 5G+ network. When you’re on the Priority Lane, your connections are prioritised, always first and 4X faster—just like your luggage with a priority tag.
3. What is Priority Roaming?
Priority Roaming means you’re the first to enjoy unparalleled security with Mobile Protect while you roam, and you enjoy better coverage with first-choice network partners across 81 destinations.
Did you know? Even when you are roaming overseas, your connectivity is on Singtel’s trusted network. This means roaming is more secure than public WiFi or alternative SIMs. And, with Mobile Protect included in your 5G+ Priority plan, at no additional cost, you can be assured of real-time protection against cyber threats like phishing, malware and spyware—even as you roam.
4. What is Priority Care?
Priority Care means that you are first to be served, always. Just like how on a first-class journey, you are first to be served at every point, we will take care of your every need. Enjoy dedicated in-store, hotline and chat service—first.
5. What is Priority Security?
Priority Security means you will be first to detect emerging threats. With complimentary Mobile Protect, stay assured of real-time protection against cyberthreats like phishing, malware and spyware. This advanced monitoring service continuously inspects webpages, blocking access or downloads if you accidentally click on a malicious link or scan a fake QR code—even when roaming overseas.
Manage your Mobile Protect subscription via My Singtel app at no cost, in the “My add-ons” section.

7. How can I enjoy Singtel 5G+ Priority?
You can enjoy Singtel 5G+ Priority through our Phone Plans, SIM Only Plans, Enterprise Plans or Business Plans. From April 2025 onwards, current customers on 5G+ Priority plans will progressively start to notice a new '5G+ Priority' label on their My Singtel app.

Simply log in to My Singtel app. Once the Priority experience has been activated on your plan, a “5G+ Priority” label, will be displayed next to your number.
If you notice any brief issues, a quick restart of your phone should help. Rest assured, we’ll get you up and running in no time.
10. I am on a plan that comes with 5G+ Priority but the “5G+ Priority” label is not next to my number on My Singtel app. What should I do?
Thank you for choosing to our 5G+ Priority experience. Rest assured that we are working hard to progressively onboard all Priority customers by June 2025 and you should see the label in My Singtel app very soon.
