What is Singtel Car Community?
Singtel Car Community allows successful participants to have the opportunity to participate in a monthly activity and stand a chance to win a prize in our Monthly Giveaway.
Who is eligible to register for Singtel Car Community?
Singtel Car Community is organised for Singtel Postpaid Mobile customers (including GOMO customers) and/or Singtel Car Protect policy holders.
I don’t have a car. Can I still join Singtel Car Community?
No, Singtel Car Community is open to drivers who own a private car.
I do not own a car but drive my relative’s car. Can I still join Singtel Car Community?
No, Singtel Car Community is open to drivers who own a private car.
I drive a private hire car / commercial vehicle / motorcycle or scooter. Can I still join Singtel Car Community?
No, Singtel Car Community is open to drivers who own a private car.
I am not a Singtel Postpaid Mobile customer (including GOMO customer), would I be eligible to sign up for Singtel Car Community?
No, you would not be eligible unless you are a Singtel Car Protect policy holder.
I bought Singtel Car Protect. Am I automatically enrolled in the Car Community?
No, Singtel Car Protect policy holders would have to fill up the registration form for Singtel Car Community to be enrolled.
Do I have to pay to join Singtel Car Community?
No, registration is completely free.
Do I have to register for Singtel Car Community every month to qualify for the Monthly Giveaway?
No, registration for Singtel Car Community is only required once for the entire campaign period.
How do I qualify for the Monthly Giveaway?
Customers will have to fill up the registration form for Singtel Car Community once and submit their responses for the monthly activity to qualify for the Monthly Giveaway.
When does this campaign end?
The campaign begins on 1 May 2022 and ends on 31 December 2022.
When will the Monthly Activity be refreshed?
The Monthly Activity will be refreshed on the 1st of every month during the entire campaign period.
How many chances can I get for each month’s lucky draw?
You will only get 1 chance in each month's lucky draw, regardless of how many times you submit your entry.
How do I know if I have won?
Details of the winners will be released on Singtel’s Facebook page.
