FAQs

Eligible Singtel customers can enjoy Disney+ Premium on us for a fixed duration of time depending on the plan you’re subscribed to. Your Disney+ Premium subscription will then be charged at 18.98/month, or prevailing rates thereafter. Your subscription fee will be reflected on your Singtel bill.

Singtel customers with postpaid services are eligible for the Disney+ Premium promotion. To enjoy the Disney+ Premium promo, simply sign up or re-contract for the following plans:

Postpaid Plan: XS, S, M, L, Pro and Family plan
Sim Only Plan: SOP30, SOP45 and SOP55 plan
Fibre Broadband: 1Gbps, 1+1Gbps, 2Gbps, 5Gbps and 10Gbps

If you have access to Disney+ directly through Disney.

If you have access to Disney+ directly through Disney, you can still sign up for the Singtel promotion. If you activate the Singtel promotion with the same email address as your existing Disney+ subscription, your existing Disney+ access will be paused and your subscription will be managed through Singtel until cancelled. In this situation, your Disney+ subscription directly through Disney will automatically be unpaused if your subscription through Singtel ends.

Note: You’ll need to sign in to Disney+ Premium with a new or existing Disney+ account when subscribing with us. 

Upon the successful sign up or recontract of your postpaid mobile or fibre broadband services, you will receive an SMS or email to be directed to a Disney+ authentication page. You will be required to activate your subscription by either signing in to your existing Disney+ account or creating a new Disney+ account.

This Disney+ app is available on almost any internet supported mobile devices, web browsers, game consoles, set-top boxes, and smart TVs, subject to your chosen service tier.

If you’re subscribed to Disney+ Premium with our broadband, tv or mobile plans, simply:

1. Log in to DisneyPlus.com through a mobile or web browser.

2. Select your profile and go to “Account”.

3. Under the Your Plans & Billing section, select “Manage on Singtel*”.

 

*Do note that you’ll be directed to a login page for Singtel Onepass. You can update your Disney+ Premium subscription there, after logging in.

 

If you’re subscribed to Disney+ Premium with CAST.SG, just go to “CAST.SG: My account > Subscriptions” to update or change your existing subscription. “My account” is also where you manage your CAST.SG account – update your personal details, payment method, track past transactions and more.
