Package Terms and Conditions 

 

Packages shall only be purchased via GrabPay Wallet, eligible credit cards / debit cards and for Singapore use only and have limited availability. Once packages are fully purchased, they will no longer be available in the Grab app. Do take note that packages and vouchers are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Reward points shall not be awarded for the purchase of a Package.
Grab reserves the right to make changes to your package and/or vouchers at any time. Users will be notified in advance via email and/or in-app notifications.
Grab reserves the right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or these entire terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.
Grab also reserves the right to reject any users from purchasing the Package, including users who are using modified devices or have unauthorised or modified apps installed in their devices, as such tools may have the potential to modify Grab's intended user experience and compromise privacy and account security of users.
Packages are only available on the latest version of the Grab app.


Benefit Terms and Conditions

Ride vouchers are redeemable with payments made via GrabPay Wallet, eligible credit cards / debit cards, cash, or PayLater and for Singapore use only.Package vouchers can be accessed via the 'My Rewards' page on the Grab app. Before you confirm your ride booking, tap on ‘Offers’ to view your vouchers, and then tap on 'Use Now' before making a ride booking.

This package contains the following ride vouchers, which are only valid for 1 month from date of purchase of the Package and are only redeemable for payment via GrabPay Wallet, eligible credit cards / debit cards, cash, or PayLater:

8 x 10% OFF any rides, capped at $3. Applicable to all pick-up and dropoff locations.
2 x 20% OFF Advance Booking ride, capped at $10.
4 x 15% OFF Premium rides, capped at $5. Only applicable for Grab Premium rides including GrabCar Premium, GrabCar Premium 6, GrabCar Premium 6 Seats, GrabCar Premium 4 Seats, GrabExec, GrabExec 4 Seats and GrabExec 6 Seats only.
 1 x 50% OFF ride from airport, capped at $5. Only to be used if pick-up location is within Changi Airport (including Jewel).
1 x 15% OFF Airport drop-off, capped at $3. Only to be used if drop-off location is within Changi Airport (including Jewel).
3 x $4 OFF Delivery Fee, minimum spend $40.
3 x 15% OFF Pickup, capped at $8. Applicable only for food self pick-up orders.
3 x 20% OFF Dine Out Deals, capped at $5. Applicable only for Dine Out Deals.
28% OFF Singtel Tourist SIMs/eSIMs, redeemable on Singtel website
