No. It is underwritten and issued by Great Eastern General Insurance Limited.
How do I know if I’m eligible to receive the smartwatch and vouchers?
All purchasers of the Drive and Save Plus car insurance through Singtel’s digital channels are eligible to receive the smartwatch and vouchers.
How do I get the Samsung Smartwatch and Shell Petrol vouchers for this campaign?
Redemption instructions will be sent digitally via email to eligible participants of this campaign.
When will I receive the smartwatch and vouchers?
If you are eligible for the campaign, redemption instructions will be sent within 5 business days after the campaign ends.
Am I entitled to more than one set of of smartwatch and vouchers if I am applying for more than one car insurance under my name?
Yes, if all the purchases are made through the Singtel digital channels within the duration period.
How do I proceed with payment for the insurance?
Payment for this insurance will be an upfront payment at the end of the quotation page at the Singtel digital channels. To qualify for the campaign, you must complete the full payment for the Drive and Save Plus car insurance.
When does this campaign end?
The campaign will end on 17th January 2021.
How do I submit my insurance claim in case I get into an accident?
