The hi! by Singtel Lucky Draw – 1 to 30 September 2026 (the “Promotion”) is a promotion organised by Singtel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd (“Singtel”) and is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

By participating in the Promotion, all participants shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Singtel, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

 

 

1. PROMOTION PERIOD

1.1 The Promotion is available from 1 September 2026, 12:00am to 30 September 2026, 11:59pm, Singapore Time (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

 

1.2 Transactions made outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible for the Promotion.

 

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, a new or existing hi! by Singtel customer (“Eligible Participant”) who successfully completes one or more of the qualifying transactions set out in Clause 3 during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Transaction”) shall be entitled to the corresponding number of chances in the Lucky Draw.

 

2.2 To be eligible for the Promotion, the Eligible Participant must have a valid hi! by Singtel account which must remain valid and must not, for any reason, be classified by Singtel as dormant, closed, cancelled, terminated and/or suspended during the Promotion Period and at the point of Prize collection.

 

2.3 Participation in the Promotion is open to individuals only. Corporate or other entities shall not be eligible to participate.

 

2.4 Singtel reserves the right to request proof of identity and/or other supporting documents for the purpose of verifying an Eligible Participant's eligibility and that the hi! by Singtel account from which the Eligible Transaction was made is registered to the Eligible Participant.

 

2.5 In the absence of satisfactory verification as requested by Singtel, Singtel shall be entitled, at its discretion, to disqualify the Eligible Participant from the Promotion.

 

 

3. ELIGIBLE TRANSACTIONS AND LUCKY DRAW CHANCES

3.1 During the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants will receive the following number of Lucky Draw chances for each successfully completed Eligible Transaction: 

 

3.2 Eligible Participants may accumulate Lucky Draw chances by completing more than one Eligible Transaction during the Promotion Period.

 

3.3 Each eligible Lucky Draw chance represents one entry into the Lucky Draw. Accordingly, the more eligible chances an Eligible Participant accumulates, the more entries that Eligible Participant will receive.

 

3.4 Only successfully completed Eligible Transactions recorded in Singtel's systems during the Promotion Period will qualify.

 

3.5 Any transaction that is cancelled, reversed, refunded, fraudulent, unsuccessful, incomplete or otherwise determined by Singtel to be invalid will not qualify for Lucky Draw chances.

 

3.6 Singtel's records of Eligible Transactions and the corresponding allocation of Lucky Draw chances shall be final and binding, except in the case of manifest error.

 

 

4. LUCKY DRAW SCHEDULE

The Lucky Draw will be conducted as follows: 

 

4.1 One (1) winner will be selected at random via a computerised draw using a randomisation formula in Microsoft Excel from all eligible Lucky Draw chances accumulated during the Promotion Period.

 

4.2 The draw will take place at Singtel, 1 Serangoon North Ave 5, Singapore 554915, at 3:00pm SGT on 15 October 2026.

 

4.3 Singtel's decision regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw, including the determination of Eligible Participants, Eligible Transactions, allocation of Lucky Draw chances and selection of the winner, shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

 

5. PRIZE

5.1 There is one (1) Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra to be won (“Prize”).

 

5.2 The exact model specification, storage capacity and colour of the Prize will be determined by Singtel and are subject to availability.

 

5.3 The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash, and no alternative will be offered except as otherwise determined by Singtel.

 

5.4 Singtel reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of similar value if circumstances beyond Singtel's control make it necessary to do so.

 

5.5 Singtel expressly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. Any applicable manufacturer's warranty shall be subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms and conditions.

 

5.6 Where the Prize incurs any tax liability, such tax shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

 

 

6. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE COLLECTION

6.1 The winner will be notified by a Singtel staff member via the mobile phone number registered to the Eligible Participant's hi! by Singtel account.

 

6.2 The winner will be contacted by 21 October 2026.

 

6.3 Prize collection will be conducted at:

Singtel 1 Serangoon North Ave 5 Singapore 554915

within thirty (30) days of notification, or such other period as may be specified by Singtel.

 

6.4 The winner may be required to present his/her original Singapore-issued identification document, work pass and/or passport for verification at the point of Prize collection.

 

6.5 The winner will be required to sign an acknowledgement form upon collection of the Prize.

 

6.6 Details of the Lucky Draw winner may be announced on Singtel's webpage at singtel.com/hiluckydraw.

 

6.7 If the winner does not redeem the Prize within the stated collection period, cannot be contacted, fails to provide satisfactory verification, fails to comply with instructions specified by Singtel, is subsequently found to be ineligible or otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions, the Prize will be forfeited and Singtel shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the draw process described above.

 

 

7. DISQUALIFICATION

7.1 Singtel reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant without prior notice if:

a) the Eligible Participant is determined, in Singtel's sole discretion, to be ineligible for any reason whatsoever;

b) Singtel suspects any fraud, unlawful activity and/or misuse in relation to the Eligible Participant's hi! by Singtel account;

c) the Eligible Participant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws in Singapore;

d) Singtel reasonably believes that the Eligible Participant is involved in manipulating, rigging, abusing or cheating the underlying system or is otherwise engaged in any activity calculated to game the system or gain an unfair advantage; or

e) there is a cancellation or reversal of an Eligible Transaction, or a refund is made to the Eligible Participant in relation to an Eligible Transaction.

 

 

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon participation in the Promotion.

 

8.2 Singtel reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to any person who is in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

8.3 Singtel reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to vary, modify or amend any of these Terms and Conditions and/or suspend, discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notification or liability to any party.

 

8.4 Singtel reserves the right to determine, at its sole and absolute discretion, all matters arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation an Eligible Participant's eligibility, the applicable criteria, whether a particular transaction qualifies as an Eligible Transaction and the allocation of Lucky Draw chances.

 

8.5 Singtel's determination of all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding and no appeal or objection on any grounds will be entertained.

 

8.6 Unless otherwise determined by Singtel, this Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, rebates, vouchers, privileges or promotions.

8.8 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, advertisement, marketing, promotional or publicity material relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

 

 

9. PERSONAL DATA

9.1 By participating in the Promotion, participants agree and acknowledge that their personal data may be collected, processed, stored, disclosed, or otherwise used by Singtel and its affiliates for the purposes of conducting and administering the Promotion (including but not limited to verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, and fulfilling the Prize), in accordance with Singtel’s Data Protection Policy (https://www.singtel.com/data-protection).

 

9.2 Where permitted by applicable law and subject to any required consent, Singtel may use the winner's name, photograph, likeness and/or other relevant details for promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion.

 

 

10. LIABILITY

10.1 By participating in the Promotion, each Eligible Participant agrees, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to indemnify and hold harmless Singtel from and against claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

 

10.2 To the extent permitted by law, Singtel shall not be liable to any Eligible Participant or any other person for losses or damages arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation:

a) late or unsuccessful notification of a winner;

b) errors in the computation or allocation of Lucky Draw chances;

c) technical, hardware or software breakdowns, malfunctions or defects;

d) failed, delayed or incorrect transactions;

e) lost or unavailable network connections; or

f) any notice or communication that is lost, delayed or misdirected.

 

 

11. GOVERNING LAW

11.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

 

11.2 Each Eligible Participant submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.

 

11.3 A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
