  • Earliest commencement date is 18 calendar days from sign up upon receiving all required documentation. Please refer to our Customer Advisory for more information on selecting a suitable date. 
  • Tuas Power Supply(TPS) shall strive to meet your preferred commencement within all reasonable means.
  • In the event TPS are unable to meet your preferred commencement date, TPS shall arrange for the earliest available transfer date.
  • Please confirm the end date of your contract with your current electricity retailer (your commencement with TPS should then be the next calendar day after your contract ends). To avoid early termination fee impose by your current electricity retailer, please make sure that your selected preferable commencement date is after your current contract expiry date and follow our Customer Advisory recommendations.
  • Security Deposit Collection: If you are an existing SP electricity customer, no additional security deposit top-up is required. Transferring from other Retailers will require top-up 65% of SP required deposit via the first bill.
  • Singtel and TPS will not be liable for any dispute arising from any early termination incident(s) as a result of incorrect or inaccurate information provided during sign-up.
