More about Singtel Circle

Questions about eligibility and account

Most of our latest plans are discount-eligible. Some of our other plans help you qualify for Singtel Circle, but don’t receive the discount.

An eligible service helps you qualify for or stay in Singtel Circle.
A discount-eligible service is one that receives the 10% or 15% Singtel Circle discount.

For the full list of eligible plans, go to Singtel Circle Eligibility Table

No. Sweetch bundles are not discount-eligible services.

But your other discount-eligible Singtel service(s) under your NRIC will enjoy the discounts. The discount applied depends on the number of different product categories you have, for instance:

1 Sweetch bundle + 1 eligible Postpaid Mobile Plan = 10% off the Postpaid Mobile Plan.

1 Sweetch bundle + 1 eligible TV service = 15% off the TV service.

Interested to switch? Find out more about our Sweetch bundles, here.

After you’re automatically enrolled in Singtel Circle, your discount may appear from your second bill onwards.

lf you already have 2 eligible product categories and add a 3rd eligible service from a new product category, then you now have services from 3 eligible product categories— 1 Postpaid Mobile, 1 Fibre Broadband and 1 TV — which means all your discount-eligible services will enjoy 15% off.

But if your eligible product categories later drop from 3 to 2, your discount will go from 15% back to 10%.

The new owner of your eligible services will enjoy Singtel Circle discounts if they’re already enrolled in Singtel Circle from 23 April 2026 onwards.

If the new owner isn’t enrolled, your transferred service(s), even if eligible, will not enjoy any Singtel Circle discounts. The eligible service(s) that you’ve transferred may not be used by the new owner to qualify for Singtel Circle.

Yes. If you only have 1 Postpaid Mobile plan and no eligible Fibre Broadband or TV service, you’ll no longer qualify for Singtel Circle. Any applicable Singtel Circle discounts will stop.

lf you voluntarily suspend your Fibre Broadband plan and keep your Postpaid Mobile plan active, you’ll continue to enjoy Singtel Circle discounts on your active mobile service.

No. Home Phone Lines are not eligible for Singtel Circle or Singtel Circle discounts.

Questions about Mobile plans & handset benefits

The discount does not apply to mobile lines under:

Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS)

Friends of Singtel Staff (FOSS)
Other groups & segments that are already receiving discounts, such as NTUC

Singtel Circle discounts also can’t be combined with other promotional offers, unless otherwise stated.

The $200 Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver is a Singtel Circle benefit that’s exclusively for customers with Phone plans. It’s meant to  help offset early recontract fees when you renew your Phone plan.

Use this waiver when you recontract from your existing Phone plan to any one of these plans:

Enhanced XS

Enhanced S

Enhanced M

Priority L

Priority Pro

Priority Family Plan

Only 1 Mobile line per NRIC can be nominated for this benefit.

Lines under Silver, Staff, FOSS and NTUC discounts can still be nominated. Lines under CIS are not eligible.

It’s easy! If you’ve a Phone plan but haven’t nominated it for Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver yet, simply do so here.

You can also view your nominated mobile line through your My Singtel app or Singtel OnePass.

Your nominated Mobile line for the Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver can’t be changed, once you’ve selected it. If you’ve any questions, do get in touch with us at www.singtel.com/help

Questions about Broadband plans

Fibre Broadband plans of 1Gbps and above, with a 24-month contract, are eligible for Singtel Circle discounts. Refer to the eligibility table here for the full list.

Yes. You’ll continue to enjoy the Singtel Circle discounts, as long as the relocated broadband service stays under your NRIC.

Yes. To unlock Singtel Circle savings on an existing Circle-eligible Mobile plan, sign up for a new TV service and add TV pack(s) that have a combined usual price of $25/mth or more. You can:

Choose a TV pack that’s valued at over $25/mth (e.g. Chinese, Malay, Tamil or Hindi pack at $30.98/mth each);

Or, combine a few TV packs for a total combined value of $25 or more (e.g. Entertainment + Kids + News packs at $9.98/mth each).

No. Any OTT video apps, OTT video packs or standalone apps purchased on Singtel TV and CAST.SG are not eligible for Singtel Circle qualification or discounts.

Yes. If you already have an old Singtel TV pack that is valued at $25/mth or more (e.g. Family Pack) and an eligible Postpaid Mobile plan, adding a new eligible Fibre Broadband plan lets you enjoy 15% off your Mobile, TV and Fibre Broadband plan.

Your Singtel Circle benefits will apply, as long as you meet the requirements for having 2 or 3 eligible product categories.

Questions about older Singtel Circle (joined before 23 April 2026)

The latest Singtel Circle benefits feature simpler qualification with:

10% off with 2 eligible products,

15% off with 3 eligible products.

Eligible SIM Only plans can now count towards the minimum Mobile service requirement. Customers with eligible Enhanced XS, Enhanced S, Enhanced M, Priority L, Priority Pro or Priority Family phone plans can also continue to nominate 1 line for the $200 Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver.

You’ll continue to enjoy all your existing Singtel Circle benefits, like:

10% discount on all eligible services and nominated mobile lines

Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver for your nominated Phone plan

But you won’t be able to make any changes to your current Circle arrangements, e.g. nominating new mobiles lines or nominating new Phone plans for Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver.

Note that if you subscribe to a new eligible Postpaid Mobile plan, you’ll be automatically enrolled in the new Singtel Circle and enjoy those benefits instead. Do note that you won’t be able to go back to your previous Singtel Circle benefits.

From 23 April 2026 onwards, only the new Singtel Circle is available. Once you leave the older Singtel Circle, you won’t be able to move back to it or enjoy its benefits again.

You don’t need to nominate it again. You’ll continue to enjoy the Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver on the same nominated Phone plan.

The only exception is if you had 2 nominated Phone plans under your NRIC.

All applicable Singtel Circle benefits will stop when a service is suspended or terminated, whether the suspension is voluntary or due to non-payment.

You won’t be able to get those benefits back after the service resumes. But if you meet the qualifying requirements for the new Singtel Circle, you can add a new eligible service to be automatically enrolled.

No. Your existing Singtel Circle benefits will stop when you transfer ownership. The new subscriber can add new qualifying service(s) to join the new Singtel Circle and enjoy its benefits, if eligible.

Under the new Singtel Circle, all mobile services must be under the same account holder and NRIC. If needed, you may arrange to transfer the service to your account, subject to Singtel’s prevailing policies and procedures.

If you recontract your Fibre Broadband from 500Mbps to a 24-month 10Gbps plan, you’ll stay on the older Singtel Circle and get a 10% discount on your new 10Gbps plan. You’ll also continue to enjoy the existing Singtel Circle benefits on your other Mobile and TV services.

You’ll only be automatically enrolled into the new Singtel Circle when you add a new eligible Singtel service.
