1. About these Singtel Specific Circle Terms and Conditions
1.1 These Singtel Specific Circle Terms and Conditions (‘Circle Terms’) apply to customers who are eligible for and enrolled in the Singtel Circle programme. Please note that promotional terms and conditions for short-term promotions relating to the Singtel Circle programme may be set out on the relevant product pages instead of in these Circle Terms.
1.2 Our Agreement with you. These Circle Terms, together with the General Consumer Terms and any other terms which we may agree with you from time to time, form the terms of the contract between you and Singtel (collectively, 'Service Agreement'). You agree to be bound by and shall comply with all the terms of your Service Agreement with us. By enrolling in or participating in the Singtel Circle programme (including enjoying any benefits), you acknowledge and agree to these Circle Terms.
1.3 Definitions and Capitalised Terms. Unless the context otherwise requires, capitalised words and expressions not defined in these Circle Terms shall have the meanings given to them in the General Consumer Terms.
1.4 Data Protection. You agree that we are entitled to collect, use and/or disclose any information or data disclosed by you in participating in the Singtel Circle programme, in accordance with our General Consumer Terms and Singtel Data Protection Policy. You are entitled at any time to withdraw such consent via the procedures as prescribed by us in the foregoing terms.
1.5 If you participate in the Singtel Circle programme, you are responsible for notifying us of any changes to your contact information.
1.6 Any taxes, levies or duties payable in respect of any benefits received under the Singtel Circle programme shall be borne by you.
2. Singtel Circle Programme (Effective 23 April 2026)
2.1 What is Singtel Circle? Singtel Circle is a programme that offers you, if you subscribe to two (2) or more eligible Singtel services a discount of 10% or 15% (or such other percentage as Singtel may determine from time to time) on your eligible Singtel services ('Circle Discount'), along with other benefits as described below. Additionally, where you hold one (1) or more mobile phone plans, you are entitled to nominate one (1) eligible mobile phone plan to receive a $204 Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver (refer to Clause 2.8).
2.2 The Circle Discount applicable to you under Singtel Circle is determined by the number of distinct eligible Products you are subscribed to. For the purposes of Singtel Circle:
a. "Product" means each of the following categories: Postpaid Mobile, Fibre Broadband, and Singtel TV Services, each of which constitutes a separate and distinct Product.
b. "Service" means each individual subscription you hold within a Product. You may hold one (1) or more Services within each Product.
2.3 The Circle Discount applicable to you is as follows:
a. If you subscribe to two (2) eligible Product categories, you are entitled to a 10% discount on all discount-eligible Services; and
b. If you subscribe to three (3) eligible Product categories, you are entitled to a 15% discount on all discount-eligible Services.
2.4 The table below provides an illustration of the Circle Discount applicable based on the number of Product categories. The full list of eligible and discount-eligible Services is set out in Clause 3 and the table in Clause 3.6.
2.5 The Circle Discount applicable to you may only be reflected from your second bill onwards following successful service activation.

3. Eligibility
3.1 How to Qualify for Singtel Circle. To qualify for Singtel Circle and enjoy the Circle Discount:
a. You must subscribe to at least one (1) new Singtel Service from at least one (1) of the Product categories as set out in Clause 3.2; and
b. You must then meet the Minimum Circle Requirement, as set out in Clause 3.3, with all eligible Services activated under your name and NRIC; and
c. The Circle Discount is applicable only to selected Services, as set out in Clause 3.4.
3.2 Eligible Services for Qualification. For the purposes of Clause 3.1(a), the eligible Services are as follows:
a. Postpaid Mobile Plans: Any eligible mobile phone plan (Enhanced XS, Enhanced S, Enhanced M, Priority L, Priority Pro, Priority Family Plan) or SIM Only Plan (Enhanced Lite, Enhanced Core, Priority Plus, Priority Ultra).
b. Fibre Broadband Plans: Any 24-month Fibre Broadband Plan 3Gbps and above.
c. Singtel TV Services: Any new Singtel TV Pack (Entertainment, Education, Kids, Lifestyle, News, Chinese, Malay, Tamil, Hindi, HBO Pak, Sports, Premier Sports, International, Cricket, Entertainment Plus, Chinese Entertainment, Hong Kong).
d. Bundle: 5Gbps Entertainment bundle, 10Gbps Entertainment bundle, 10Gbps Ethnic Bundle, Sweetch 5, Sweetch 10.
3.3 Minimum Circle Requirement. For the purposes of Clause 3.1(b), the Minimum Circle Requirement is met when you hold at least two (2) Product categories, comprising: (i) at least one (1) eligible Postpaid Mobile Plan and (ii) at least one (1) eligible Fibre Broadband Plan and/or Singtel TV Service as follows:
a. Postpaid Mobile Plans: At least one (1) phone plan (Enhanced XS, Enhanced S, Enhanced M, Priority L, Priority Pro, Priority Family), or Combo, XO, XO Plus Mobile Plan, Enhanced Lite, Enhanced Core, Priority Plus, Priority Ultra SIM Only, or SIM Only Plus 45 / 55; and
b. Fibre Broadband Plans: Any 24-month Fibre Broadband Plan 1Gbps and above; or
c. Singtel TV Services: Any old or new Singtel TV Pack listed below:
i. New Singtel TV Pack (Entertainment, Education, Kids, Lifestyle, News, Chinese, Malay, Tamil, Hindi, HBO Pak, Sports, Premier Sports, International, Cricket, Entertainment Plus, Chinese Entertainment, Hong Kong); or
ii. Old Singtel TV Pack:
● Family Packs (Family Starter, Family Favourites, Family Kplus, Family Lifestyle, Family Fun, Family Learning, Family+);
● Starter Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi, Kabayan, Kapuso, Kapamilya, Annyeong, Nihon, Cricket, Jinghua, Inbam, Uthayam, World Sports+, Premier Sports);
● Trio Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi, Kabayan, Action, Desi Cricket);
● Variety Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi);
● Variety Plus Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi, Action);
● Ultimate Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi, Action);
● Mini Pack (Entertainment, Education, Kids, Lifestyle and Music, News, Jingxuan Mini and Inspirasi Mini Pack, HBO Pak).
3.4 Eligible Services for Circle Discount. The Circle Discount is applicable to the following services:
a. Postpaid Mobile Plans: Enhanced XS, Enhanced S, Enhanced M, Priority L, Priority Pro, Priority Family Phone plan, XO Plus Mobile plans, Combo Mobile Plans, Enhanced Core, Priority Plus, Priority Ultra SIM Only Plan, SIM Only Plus 45 / 55 Mobile Plans;
b. Fibre Broadband Plans: 1Gbps Fibre, 2Gbps Fibre, 2.5Gbps Fibre, 1+1Gbps Gamer Bundle, 3Gbps Fibre, 5Gbps Fibre, 10Gbps Fibre;
c. Singtel TV Services: Any old or new Singtel TV Pack listed below:
i. New Singtel TV Pack with a combined usual price of $25/month or more (Entertainment, Education, Kids, Lifestyle, News, Chinese, Malay, Tamil, Hindi, HBO Pak, Sports, Premier Sports, International, Cricket, Entertainment Plus, Chinese Entertainment, Hong Kong); or
ii. Old Singtel TV Pack:
● Family Packs (Family Starter, Family Favourites, Family Kplus, Family Lifestyle, Family Fun, Family Learning, Family+);
● Starter Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi, Kabayan, Kapuso, Kapamilya, Annyeong, Nihon, Cricket, Jinghua, Inbam, Uthayam, World Sports+, Premier Sports);
● Trio Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi, Kabayan, Action, Desi Cricket);
● Variety Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi);
● Variety Plus Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi, Action);
● Ultimate Pack (Jingxuan, Inspirasi, Kondattam, Desi, Action).
3.5 Customer Exclusions from Circle Discount: The Circle Discount shall not apply to: (a) Services under the Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) plans; and (b) Services subscribed under any segments that already receive discounts, including but not limited to Silver / Staff / Friends of Singtel Staff (FOSS) / NTUC, or similar programmes. You are advised to refer to the relevant Service Agreement (SA) form to determine if your service is currently receiving any such segment-specific discounts.
3.6 The table below summarises the full list of qualifying Services in Clauses 3.2 to 3.5, including those eligible for the Circle Discount and/or Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver.

3.7 The table below sets out illustrative scenarios demonstrating when you qualify, and do not qualify, for enrolment in Singtel Circle. These scenarios are provided for illustrative purposes only to help you understand how Singtel Circle and its benefits apply, and do not represent an exhaustive list of all possible scenarios.

3.8 Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver: You may, after completing at least the first twelve (12) months of the applicable Device Agreement, enjoy S$204 off early re-contract fees for any of the following Postpaid Mobile Plans: Enhanced XS, Enhanced S, Enhanced M, Priority L, Priority Pro, or Priority Family Plan (excluding lines subscribed under the CIS scheme). To enjoy this benefit, you must nominate one (1) eligible mobile phone plan line, and only one (1) of such eligible plans can be nominated per customer. For more information on Device Agreement, please refer to Postpaid Mobile Terms & Conditions. Singtel reserves the right to revise the Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver at any time without prior notice.
4 Changes to Circle Discount and Singtel Circle Participation
4.1 Adjustment of Circle Discount: The Circle Discount applicable to you will vary based on the number of eligible Product holdings:
a. Where you increase your eligible Product holdings from two (2) to three (3), the applicable discount will increase from 10% to 15%.
b. Where you reduce your eligible Product holdings from three (3) to two (2) (including the termination of any Services), the applicable discount will correspondingly reduce from 15% to 10%.
4.2 Suspension and Termination.
a. We may suspend or terminate (in whole or in part) Singtel Circle and/or your participation in Singtel Circle at any time, without prior notice or liability to you.
b. Without limiting Clause 4.2(a), we may suspend or terminate your participation in Singtel Circle immediately, without prior notice, if at any time:
(i) you no longer satisfy the Minimum Circle Requirement;
(Ii) you fail to pay any outstanding bills issued by us;
(iii) you breach any provision of these Circle Terms or any other applicable terms and conditions; or
(iv) you are blacklisted by us (at our discretion).
4.3 Where ownership of any Service is transferred, the Circle Discount shall cease to apply to the transferred Service, unless the recipient of the Service is already enrolled in the Singtel Circle programme at the time of the transfer of such Service.
4.4 We may amend these Circle Terms in accordance with the General Consumer Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Circle Terms for any amendments. If you do not agree to the amendments, please cease participating in Singtel Circle. Your continued participation in Singtel Circle following any such amendments will constitute your acceptance of all such amendments.
5. Transition of Singtel Circle Benefits
5.1 Continuation of Existing Singtel Circle Benefits: Customers who are enrolled in the Singtel Circle programme prior to 23 April 2026 ('Existing Customers') shall with effect from 23 April 2026 continue to enjoy their benefits applicable to their existing tier under the previous iteration of the programme ('Legacy Circle'), subject to the following:
a. Where you cease to satisfy the minimum eligibility requirements of the Legacy Circle (including, without limitation, as a result of the termination or downgrade of any qualifying Service), the benefits and/or discounts applicable to you shall be adjusted to correspond to the tier (if any) for which you remain eligible, and any benefits or discounts in excess of such adjusted tier shall cease to apply; and
b. Where you subscribe to any new eligible Service on or after 23 April 2026, you shall be migrated to the updated Singtel Circle programme and shall thereafter be subject to the terms and conditions of the updated programme.
5.2 Cessation of Nominated Services. Under the Legacy Circle, the primary Circle holder was permitted to nominate Services belonging to other household members to receive applicable Circle Discount. With effect from 23 April 2026, any existing benefits or discounts extended to such nominated Services shall cease, and the nominated Services shall no longer be eligible to receive any discounts or benefits. If you wish to continue enjoying the Circle Discounts in respect of such Services, you may arrange for a transfer of ownership of the relevant Service(s) to the primary Singtel Circle customer’s NRIC, subject to Singtel’s prevailing policies and procedures.
5.3 No Further Amendments to Legacy Circle. With effect from 23 April 2026, no new nominations, changes to nominated Services, or amendments to the nominated Postpaid Mobile plan(s) that enjoy the Annual Handset Upgrade Waiver under the Legacy Circle shall be permitted.
