The colours of each LED light on your AC Elite (AC1900) router have different meanings. Use this guide to understand more.

 

POWER LED

No light: No power is supplied to the modem
Red: Error on device
Green: Connected to a power supply
Green (Blinking): Booting up
Amber (Blinking): Firmware upgrading in progress

 

Internet LED

No light: No internet connection
Green: Internet connection is functioning
Red: Internet connection failure

 

IPTV

No light: No connection detected
Red: Error in connection between Router and Set-Top Box
Amber: Unable to obtain an IP address for Set-Top Box
Amber (Blinking): Error in connection between Optical Network Terminal and Router
Green: Set-Top Box connection has been established

 

LAN (1-4)

No light: No LAN connection on the port
Flashing: The indicated LAN port is sending or receiving data
Green: Ethernet connection has been established

 

Follow these steps to check the information of the devices connected to your network.

 

1. Visit http://192.168.1.254 to view your router configuration page.

 

2. Scroll down to Device Info and Internet Connection to find the information.

3. By default, you will see the 2.4GHz and 5GHz wireless settings, Band Steering and WPS feature.

 

4. To apply any changes made to your Wireless settings, click on the Apply button or cancel to disregard the changes.
