Use this guide to understand what the LED colours on your Singtel WiFi 7 Router (HB611-SGST) mean.
No power light
Your device has been turned off.
1. Check that the power adaptor cable is connected to your device.
2. Ensure that your network device is plugged into a working power socket.
3. Power on your device. A green power light should turn on.
Flashing yellow
Your device is starting up or rebooting.
1. Wait for the reboot to complete.
2. After 1 minute, the LED light should change to blue.
Yellow
The LED light on your device will initially flash yellow during set-up.
If the light stays solid yellow after that, this indicates your device is connected to a mesh network, with a weak link between the first and second meshes.
What to do:
1. Move your first mesh closer to the second mesh.
2. Once a strong connection is established, both meshes should show the same LED light colour.
Flashing blue
Your device is ready for set-up.
If this is the first mesh you're setting up:
1. Connect one end of the Ethernet cable to the LAN 1 port on the ONT/ONR, as well as the other end to the WAN port of the device.
If this is the second mesh you're setting up:
1. Connect the LAN cable from any LAN port on the first mesh to any available port on the second mesh.
2. Wait for both devices to be green to indicate successful pairing.
3. Unplug the cables and reposition the second mesh in an optimum spot in your house to extend your WIFI coverage.
Fast flashing blue
Your device is establishing a mesh connection.
Blue
Your device is set up but there's no internet connection.
1. Make sure the main device you're paired to is connected to the internet.
2. The LED light on your device should turn green once it is connected online.
Flashing green
Firmware is upgrading.
1. Wait for it to complete.
2. Once the green light goes out, your device will restart and show a green light after two minutes.
Green
Your device is set up and connected to internet.
Flashing red
Your device has lost internet connection.
What to do:
1. Make sure the main device you're paired to is turned on and connected to the internet (shows green LED light).
2. The LED light on your device should turn green once it is connected online.
To add your device to another mesh network or set it as the first mesh, reset it using the reset button at the bottom.
