Security Feedback

Singtel takes the security of our Managed Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), such as the Singtel-provided Broadband Routers and Mesh Extenders, very seriously and we welcome feedback from security researchers or customers in order to improve the security of our products.

 

Feedback or findings can be submitted here with the following selection:

Customer Type: Consumer

Nature of feedback: Technical Support

Products & Services: Broadband Internet / Singtel TV / Home Telephone

 

Please provide a technical description of the concern or vulnerability, as well as any additional information, including details on the tools used to conduct the testing and any relevant test configurations in your submission.

 

Singtel will contact you within 2 working days upon receipt of the vulnerability report with an update on the next immediate course of action. Regular status updates will also be provided until the resolution of the reported issue(s).
