The colours of each LED light on your ZTE ONT have different meanings. Use this guide to understand more.
POWER LED
No light: No power is supplied to the ONT.
Check the power supply and ensure that the power adapter is secured.
Green (Stable): Connected to a power supply
Green (Blinking): Rebooting/restarting in progress.
If it is blinking for more than a minute, call 1688 for assistance.
PON
No light: Fibre connection cannot be established.
Call 1688 for assistance.
Green (Stable): Fibre connection is established.
Green (Blinking): Fibre is connecting.
If it takes more than 1 min to stabilise, call 1688 for assistance.
Alarm
No light: No hardware issues detected.
Red: Potential hardware issue detected. Call 1688 for assistance.
LOS
No light: No signal loss detected.
Red: Loss of Signal. Call 1688 for assistance.
Phone (1 & 2)
No light: Home Digital Line profile is not set up.
If you have a Home Digital Line service connected to the ONT but there is no light on Phone2 port, turn off the ONT and turn it on again after 5 minutes.
Call 1688 if the issue persists.
Green (Stable): Home Digital Line is connected.
Green (Blinking): Handset is off hook or in use.
LAN 11
No light: Ethernet connection is not established.
Check that the ethernet cable is connected to your router and ONT. Both devices need to be powered on.
Green (Stable): Ethernet connection is established.
Green (Blinking): Ethernet connection is established and is in use.
1LAN ports 2 - 4 are not used and will not be lit.
