Here’s what you can do.
 

1. Check that the ethernet cable is securely connected to the internet port on your network device.

2. Check the ethernet cable is securely connected between the mesh and your router or Optical Network Router LAN port.

Check the ethernet cable is securely connected between the mesh and your router or Optical Network Router LAN port.
