Here’s what you can do.
This only applies if you have a device (i.e. computer, Singtel TV Set-Top Box, router) connected to your mesh using an ethernet cable but is not detected.
1. Check that one end of the ethernet cable is securely connected to the ethernet port on your mesh.
2. Ensure that the other end of the ethernet cable is securely connected to your device that is switched on.
3. If it is still not working as expected, try changing the ethernet cable.
You will see a solid or blinking green or yellow LAN light on your mesh device(s).
