No mesh connected

Here’s what you can do.

1. Ensure that the fibre patch cable is securely connected to the FTTR port of your ONR.

Note: you need to remove the back cover on the ONR to reveal the PON port.

2. Ensure the other end of the fibre cable is securely connected to the FTTR mesh.

You will see a steadily on FTTR light on your Optical Network Router.
