Your device is not getting power supply

Here’s what you can do.
 

1. Check that the power adaptor cable is connected to your network device.

2. Ensure that your network device is plugged into a working power socket.

3. Power on your device.

You will see a green power light on your device.
 

Still not working? Visit our self-replacement centres and bring along your device and power adaptor to do an exchange.
