Here’s what you can do.
1. Check that the ethernet cable is securely connected to the internet port on your network device.
2. Ensure that the other end of the ethernet cable is connected to either your Optical Network Terminal or Optical Network Router that is switched on.
3. If it is still not working as expected, try changing the ethernet cable.
The LED on your device will turn green.
