There is internet connection failure on your network device

Here’s what you can do.

1. Power off and on your network device and Optical Network Terminal or Optical Network Router.

You will see a green internet light on your device. 

 

Still not working? Visit our self-replacement centres and bring along your device and power adaptor to do an exchange. 

 

You may reference your recontract eligibility date to check if your contract is still valid. Otherwise, reach out to us for further assistance.
