Your device is not securely connected to the ONR

Here’s what you can do.
 

1. Turn off the power supply to your device.

2. Ensure that the fiber is connected securely to the PON port on the device and the other end of the fiber is connected securely to the PON port on the ONR.

3. Ensure that your network device is plugged into a working power socket.

4. Power on your device.

You will see a white power light at the front of your Optical Network Router.
