Here’s what you can do.
1. Power off your device.
2. Ensure that your network device is plugged into a working power socket and the fibre is connected securely to the PON port.
3. Power on your device and wait for the LED indicator to turn white.
You will see a white LED light at the front of your device.
Still not working? Visit our self-replacement centres and bring along your device and power adaptor to do an exchange.
